I 'ave been seein alot of people wanting to make their own dittys ... problem is when they ask for voulenteers it is not always so clear. So here is where you give up all rights to ... I mean state your intention as to if you want your avatar to be used freely or not used without permissin ... Good AhDEya right?[edit by Karol Luis]
Please post here to give your permission for your avatars to be included in a comic cameo or MZDM merchandise. If you prefer to not be included, please post here as well with that information. Thank you.

Good idea Jack. I guess, for Ditty purposes, I give up my right to be illustrated if need be... all I request is that you stick with who he is. Nothing hurts an avatar more than to see them doing something they wouldn't normally do. But other than that, I'm fine!

I thought it would be a good idea to update this based on changes to my characters and the proliferation of MAD in my mind.I hereby grant permission to Ward and Schaeffer to utilize the original versions of Tojiro Burton and Nightshade (as depicted in their original avatar cards) in so long as their use is character appropriate. I also grant permission to Ward and Schaeffer for the use of Youkai Burton and Kentou Burton as long as they are character appropriate. I ask that the following characters not be used without my advance permission: Jayce Toranosai, Djet Munroe, TJ Munroe (aka StarStorm), Arashan Tantari-Draegan, Tag Burton, Makoto Inuwashi (aka Red Makoto), the Al Khaem, and Nightshade's daughters (Pain, Torment, Shadow and Death). No one else may utilize any of my characters in any marketing, gaming or comic endeavor without my permission.
