OOC:A loaf of banana nut bread says this topic dies in 5 days or less!(Y'know,since that seems to be a regular thing when I make topics as this character.Maar.Odd,really,but,uh,anyway...yeah.Back on topic...

On a small,tropical-type island somewhere southwest of the main continent of the dream lay a small,bruised,beaten,and generally-not-well little vampire boy.Fortunately for him,it was the middle of the night,as his clothing was fairly well torn,his sunglasses were missing,and his parasol lay broken beside him.Not to mention the fact that he had a fairly serious wound on his leg that he'd recieved somewhere that generally would inhibit the process of running for shade.

So,he lay limp,as said,until a few minutes later he coughed once.Then he coughed again,and a few times more.Finally he was having quite a fit as he tried wearily to stand up.It...didn't work,and he quickly fell over.His coughing lessening,he reached for his tattered parasol,and once possesing it again,he used it as a crutch.Wiping at his mouth,he looked around in a daze(be knocked into a stormy sea and eventually ending up on a deserted island and generally not having had eaten in a long time can do that to you,you know).Coughing still,he began hobbling off into the island's jungle.He hobbled for quite some time,until eventually he passed out near what looked an awful lot like a house.

When he awoke,he was in a warm,soft bed in clothes too big for him.It took him a while to realize this,but as soon as he did,he bolted upright and looked around.He was in a small,well lit room,decorated to look like the night sky...well,except for his neat,clean,and apparently fixed parasol and sunglasses in the corner.Blinking,he stood up,almost tripping on his oversized sky blue pants as he tried to keep his red shirt's collar from slipping off of his shoulders(and his wound wasn't helping any,either).A few steps,a collapse,and a lot of dragging later,he had his sunglasses on and was ready hobble around with his parasol again.He steadied himself,looked around,sighed,and finally scooted out the door...

...and into a hall with flowery pink wallpaper and soft red carpeting.Blinking and muttering something about girlyness,he inspected further and noticed five more doors other than his,not counting the opening at the end,which he decided to look at later.After some hobbling,falling,cursing,and door opening,he found the rooms located behind the doors ne was a bathroom,another was a closet,yet another led out to a small patio with an overhang and a swing,and the final two led to bedrooms similar to the one he'd woken up in,except with different themes and styles of bed.While his own room was night-themed with a four-poster,curtained off bed(the curtain being made of midnight blue silk),a black fluffy comforter,silvery cotton sheets,and several big,puffy midnight blue pillows,the other two were day-themed and sunrise/set-themed with a king sized bed with blue velvet sheets and several large white pillows and a bunkbed with purple comforters,blazing red sheets,and several golden yellow pillows,respectively.He whistled and whispered about how much this all must've cost before heading through the opening at the end of the hallway and into a small,pretty blue-and-white tiled kitchen with a chestnut brown bar with a white top and a similarly colored table and chairs set with a letter on the table.

Yhkam blinked and picked up the letter before wandering into the living room,with tan carpeting,white walls,and several wicker pieces of furniture.He sat in one of the chairs and sighed tiredly before reading the letter.It said:

Dear Mr.Yhkam:

You may be wondering where you are,how you got there,where your other things are,and many other questions.To answer some of these,you are on Sunshine in a Bag Island(and yes,we are firing the employee responsible for naming it that),we'll not tell you how you arrived on the island or how you got into the house,your clothes are drying on a line in the yard outside,your other things are in the closet,and any further questions may be directed to a small red book on the bar.Just write in it and we'll get to you.

Now beyond that,and personal questions we'll not tell you,at least not now.Do not ask us who we are,where we're from,or why we're doing this.It will all be revealed in due time.

That should be it.Should anything be needed,just ask.

PS:If you so wish,you may acquire roomates.We'd appreciate it if they didn't destroy anything,however.

The boy blinked at the paper and stuffed it in a pants pocket.He looked around some more before hobbling off to the kitchen and looking through the cabinets...the noticeably bare cabinets.He gave out a low,soft whine and eyed the red book on the bar,wondering if he should ask for food.Seeing as how he was already being allowed to stay there,he didn't want to cause any more trouble.So within a few minutes he'd acquired a large stick and a pocket knife from the hall closet and had hobbled out the door,new walking stick in one hand,open parasol in the other,and knife in his pants.Deciding that he'd probably have better luck trying to catch a crab or fish than a rabbit or monkey or whatever else lived on the island,he promptly scooted of towards the beach.

OOC:*stabs a flag into the post*I doth hereby proclaim this to quite possibly be the LONGEST home first-post ever!At this rate,someone will come out of nowhere and tell me my liscense to describe has been revoked.*laugh*Oh,and yes,irony and character annoyance WERE the reasons I stuck a (more-or-less helpless)vampire boy on a sunny,tropical island.*evil*Uh,anyway...I'll shut up now.*disappear*
