Krinele nods, then halfway gets up, "Before or after you eat?"
"It would probably be best I go to the infirmary, I don't even know what would be best for me to eat in this body..." Cossy says, and stands up... or at least tries to, as apparently he doesn't know how to do that in his new body either, and ends up falling from the chair to the floor... "How embarrassing..."

Astara nods at Kara and Karol and shortly raises his hand as a greeting.
"Yeah. I really do like it here. I never expected something as beautiful as this on top of one of these buildings. It almost makes me feel sorry about having to go back to my own world. Especially because..."
With his final words, Astara's eyes drift off towards Kaliana. He sighs.
"But I guess that's tomorrow's problem..."
Astara turns back to face Karol and Kara.
"But I won't bother you with my problems any further. Anyway, we were wondering whose nest that is. It is so... colorful."
Astara points at Yao-Chi's nest.

Krinele Fullin said: Krinele shakes her head to Sara, then inclines a tail in greeting to Argus and the other newcomer, "Not that I know of. A better thing to do would probably be to fire it up and see if it's running like it should be. A fusion plant, right? If there's damage that would ever do anything, I'd think that there'd be some sign once active."
She frowns at Krinele for a few seconds.
Diagnostics are still clean, and it's fully charged... and that IS what I was going to do originally. I hope she's right.
She shakes her head slightly and says, "Alright... here goes nothing."
Closing her eyes, she gives the command, Initiate.
A few seconds later the unconscious tension in her body relaxes all at once. She lifts her head again to look at Krinele, with a sort of self-deprecating smirk.
"Guess you're right. No boom." She laughs once, but it sounds more like some kind of grunt than a response to humor. "Diagnostics are still clean, too. Guess I'm just paranoid. But you can't blame me, right?"
She starts to lift herself up, then looks back over her shoulder -- as much as she can, that is. Reserve power at 4% and rising again... on internal power this time. Don't need those anymore!
She turns back to Krinele. "You can take off these chargers. All I need now is some more water." She looks quite relieved to be able to say that. But she still looks a little worried about something.

Rec Center Roof
The door of the elevator opened, and Francis walked over to the observatory where WalksFar had been before. Finding no one inside, he came back out and stopped to look around. There were several people across the bridge on the roof of the main building, who might have seen where WalksFar went. Or, he could check the other observatory.
If Ellian is with him, he will say, "He's not there. Do you want to ask around?"

Workshop
Argus moves to an unoccupied workbench, and sets his bag on the floor next to it. Then he looks around for the tools he will need.
After looking in a few of the equipment lockers, he locates the device he needs. Resting on a sturdy cart for moving it from it's storage location to the workbench is a rather massive-looking contraption. It has a base that consits of a thick slab of marble, the surface of which is very flat and smooth. Attached to the sides are a delicate-looking pair of robotic arms, fairly long, but with very small manipulators at the ends. A rack on either side of the slab has several sets of tool ends for these manipulators. In the center is a very versitile looking clamp system, for holding the device to be worked on. And above all this is a camera system wiith two lenses, and a flat display screen. On the front edge are a pair of gloves, with wires leading from the cuffs to the base of the system.
He rolls the device over to the bench, and slides it onto the bench surface. Judging from the effort he puts into it, the device is quite heavy.
"Yes, I think this will do nicely. With that massive base, it won't move at all. Looks like it has a remote interface as well. Not the jack I use, but I think I can piece together the adapter I'll need."
He sits in front of the device, and unreels a cable from the belt pack on his hip. After looking at the jack on the micromanipulator and the one on his cable, he looks through an outer pocket on the pouch and selects two adapters, which he connects to the end of the cable. Then he checks the manual for the manipulator, and sets a couple of small switches on the adapters, before plugging it in.
"I have got it plugged into my 'deck, and I seem to have the right control codes. A direct connection will be more precise than the telecheric gloves. So, let's give it a test drive, shall we?"
He doesn't seem to do anything, and in fact is still facing Keverin, but the lights on the camera come on, and the micromanipulator arms start to move smoothly into position over the still empty clamp. The screen shows a magnified view of the tips of the manipulator arms, and at this magnification you can see that they resemble Human hands, but with longer fingers. The fingers move almost like a stage magician doing warm-up excercises prior to performing an elaborate card trick.
"Connection established. Control interface locked. Diagnostics green. May I have the eye please?" he asks Keverin, as he holds out one hand.

Infirmary
"That's alright, I'll just find another one, or get an alchemical outlet to rent one to me." He responds, reaching into a compartment of the body armor around his back and retrieves what apppears to be a empty backpack.
Of course it wasn't really empty, but it appeared so as the loose material shook itself open in a way that really only suited an empty backpack. He slings an arm around the items which Silver had given permission to use, and shoves them into the empty satchel. The bag momentarily looked full, then a moment later returned to looking empty.
"Right then, if anybody comes looking for me I'll be downstairs in the workshop room. If this goes alright I should have these things back to you after I get them washed out." He adds, before stepping towards the door and fiddling with the holographic info-net access device, ordering the other components he required for the cure.
-----------------
Maintenance Workshop
By the time he had finished this, he had already stepped into the maintenance workshop. Noting the place was fairly crowded, he takes the opportunity to use the bench closest to him to set himself up. Beakers, tubing, and a multitude of stands are pulled from the backpack, the same ones he had borrowed from the Infirmary, and soon the bench looks like an amusement park for whatever fluid or gas was going to be put through those tubes. Bunsen burners attached to gas lines which were handy nearby, and so on until he ran out of parts.
Unfortunately this left him in a bit of a problem, the chemical components of the apparatus were ready, but the magical part and the missing centrifuge were still lacking a place to be put. For this means he retrieves another desk, and puts another set of devices here, a metallic mortar and pestle, along with a thin cylinder of what appeared to be silver. These items, paired with the holographic information device comprised the second workstation, as he seems to ignore all others in the room as he waits for the items to be delivered.
A minute passes, and he seems to be getting uncomfortable just standing there, so he begins to reacquaint himself with the objects in the room. The metal forge and shaping devices he had used to recast Juni's shell were still here, and even the drum of blue gelatinous fluid which he had used to insulate Juni's core components. A few literes of the gunk was still at the bottom of the drum, ignored by the Center's occupants. Tightening the cover on the container, he rolls it under one of the work benches he was planning to work at, so he could remove it from the Center at his earliest convenience.

With Honey's 'laying on of hands' and other well-intended efforts to awaken her, the young woman's eyes finally flutter and open with an accompanying gasp of surprise and fear. "Wh.... where? Wha't?" She looks from Honey to Sovan to Silver Fox, showing some alarm as Ceera doesn't seem to be anywhere around.

Keverin smiles as he watches the man at work hooking things up and begin to work the arms. "I am almost proud to see such things. If you know of anyone willing or able to do a few upgrades I would be appreciate, and more than willing to share a few designs of my cybernetics as payment." he says as he carefully hands the eye to Argus. "I just hope the eye doesn't somehow become worse off" he adds, just a tiny bit worried.

Krinele, to her credit, doesn't laugh but rather crouches down to help Cossy to his feet, "You'll get used to it, I'm sure. At least here in the Center you can't hurt yourself taking spills like that."

Krinele nods to Sara, removing the charging device and hanging it back up, "How soon will you be able to walk? It might be more comfortable to finish any introductions elsewhere..."
She does take the (presumably depleted) jug of water, likely intent on refilling it shortly.

The jug is indeed quite empty.
Sara eyes Magnus Faustus as he enters and sets up his equipment. "This place seems busy..."
As soon as the charger is removed from her back, she twists around until she's lying on her side on the gurney. When Krinele asks when she can stand, her answer is a smirk as she slips her feet off the side of the gurney, sits up, and pushes herself off the edge to stand, and walks over to Krinele.
"I'll need a bit more water soon. And as for introductions... just call me Angel."
With one last curious look at Keverin and Argus, she turns back to Krinele and says, "Lead the way..."

Information Desk
Say what you will about the quality of certain products from ACME Industries, they are second to none in providing rapid delivery of their orders. A green-uniformed ACME delivery driver walks into the Atrium, pushing a moving dolly loaded with several boxes, and crosses the room to stop at the Information desk.
"I have a delivery of lab supplies for a Magnus Faustus? Sign here please." he says to Sarah.
"Oh yes. I know who that is." Sarah says, while signing for the order. "Just leave it there, and I'll get it to him."
"Thank you Ma'am." he says. The delivery man takes the boxes off his dolly, then takes his clipboard back and and exits rapidly, towing the dolly behind him.
Sarah smiles to the Avian beside her. "Eekee? I need to take these to Magnus. If you need anything else, just ask any staff member. Most of them carry clipboards and wear nametags."
Sarah's eyes glow as she casts a locate object spell.
"Where is Magnus Faustus now?" she asks, and in answer a flash of light makes a beam pointing at the basement workshop.
"Guess that makes sense. He'll want these lab supplies delivered to the workshop then. I'll see you later, eekee."
Sarah places a hand on the stack of boxes, levitating them with telekinesis, and walks down the East wing dorm hallway to the elevator at the far end of the hall, and from there takes the elevator down to the workshop.

{Bing!} The elevator doors open, and Sarah steps out, accompanied by the stack of floating boxes.
"Magnus? Ah! There you are. ACME just delivered these lab supplies for you."
She floats the boxes over to rest next to the bench that Magnus seems to be using, while looking curiously at Argus.
"Nice to see this workshop getting some use finally. Find everything you need?"
The woman, who looks identical to Ceera except for having darker hair, doesn't react at all to Keverin, though to the cyborg it must appear that Ceera has followed him down here. Funny thing though, if this is Ceera, she's changed her clothes, and is now wearing a black leather miniskirt, with a matching leather jacket worn over a tight-fitting purple tube top.

"You just took a little unexpected nap, but Sovan was sweet enough to carry you here." Cheerfully the bunny assures Rhiann, "You'll be fine. He'll take care of you and the kit."
With her excellent hearing, her ears twitch as Ceera steps into the infirmary, and she pokes her head out just as the goddess is greeting Sovan. "Oh, hi Ceera! Yeah, she just woke up and was a little startled to find herself in a different room. So you sensed something from Rhiann, huh? Must be that bond you have to her through Marianne. It must be nice..." she sighs with a dreamy smile, thinking of a certain technophile bat.

As Keverin speaks Angel glances over to him and Argus, then back to Sarah Darkwynde. The glowing eyes do not escape her attention. After a moment she realizes she's staring, and she turns back to Krinele, arching an eyebrow.

She cocks her head slightly, then smiles.
"Oh! I get it. I'll bet you met Ceera. Well, that isn't me. Or rather, it both is and isn't, but that gets really complicated. We were one person, once, but now there's two of us. You can call me Sarah."

Sarah looks over to Angel. "I don't think anything counts as unusual anymore here, dear. Cyborgs, dragons, sentient colonies of ants, robots, bikini-clad vixens, fairies, warrior bunny girls... this place is a madhouse of the unusual. Dragons? Fairies? Story-book stuff... Vixens and bunny-girls? Well, I guess Krinele counts as a vixen, although she's hardly bikini-clad. Not right now, at least...

She actually means it for once. Don't bite the hand that recharges you, and all that.
