I Curse You, Computer gods!

Remember my computer problems? Well I had to wipe my computer and start again. I thought everything was fine and my computer seemed to be working OK.
Apparently not. I have no idea what is wrong with it this time, only it is screwing up again. *sigh* I think I will have to have it sent off to get it fixed properly.
Or just take a baseball bat to it.
It depends what kind of mood I am in when I get round to it. 
This means that I won't be posting much on here. I will try to get on when I can - I have a lot of free time at uni - and will do what I can to get it fixed properly.
Til then, who knows...

My two guesses for random problems are:
A: Bad RAM - use MemTest86 for a significant time and if there are any problems there you go.
B: Power Supply - usually the PSU included in a computer is just barely sufficient for the parts in the machine at the time it ships. Wear and tear may render it only marginally useable and may create "interesting" problems.

Don't forget you can also make a post to LEARN to see if anyone else might have some options for you to try. I'm sure you'll have more luck with that than you would with a baseball bat. o_o

Well my computer seems to be working once more...
But now I have a whole host of new problems. As in I have teaching practice in a school which means I will rarely be able to get online for an extended period of time.
I apologise for missing so much forum time (esp. in PERFORM) and I will try to get into those threads as much as I can.
