Endgame - a viewer's notes.

Endgame:
Synopsis - The world is being steer toward a neo-feudal society by manipulating data on climate change, round-table discussions, global oil and power supply's, and other levers that people consider out of a single group's hands.

An expert in forest sciences, Dr. Michael Coffman blocked the Convention on Biodiversity.

The history of world domination aspirations:
15th-16th centuries: While a few European and other empires warred for supremacy, it was the money lenders that worked both sides and had superior intel. than either as a result.

EG. The Rothschild' knowing 20hrs in advance of Napoleon's loss at Waterloo and buying up most of the stock market through loyal agents on roomer of Napoleon's victory. When the REAL outcome of the battle became known, stock in British companies soared.

June 28th, 1913, the Black Hand, a Serbian secret society with links to French and British intel. assassinated Arch Duke Fritz Ferdinand.

What could have simply been left at an assassination plot by a secret society brought all of Europe into the first world war, repleat with their colonies being used as both strategic staging grounds and reinforcement sources.

All factions were funded by banks controlled by the Rothschilds. This led to a horrendous loss of life, and money and power going to the banks, and also the spur to create The League of Nations. The true intention of that group was to serve as a framework for world government, as the British Empire had set up puppet governments and councils in many other nations to exert it's influence.

In 1919 the League convened and still some nations refused to join, thinking their sovereignty was under threat. In fact the US Congress blocked the League of Nations, and President Woodrow Wilson set up the Council on Foreign Relations with help from British intel. in 1921. The organization recruited the best and brightest into it's ranks to support the growth of what Mr. Jones calls "The Anglo-American Empire" The CFR's stated mission is to abolish all nation states in favor of an all-powerful world government, administrated by a tiny elite.

By 1930, the two official political ideologies that championed world government were Communism and Fascism. (The former centered in London around a group called Fabian Socialists.) Fascism believed in rapid transformation of the world driven by heavy use of military forces, while socialists believed in steady changes via "incrementalism".

In 1934 General Smedley D. Butler publicly revealed a plot to take over the USA by military force. King Edward the Eighth was forced to abdicate in 1936, though many, including Jones, think this was more due to his favor of Fascism rather than his marriage plans.

Despite the strength of Fascist planning, the Fabian socialists maintained Russia, Briton and America for the duration of the second world war, bankers funding both sides once again.

After the war left a good deal of the world stunned and starting to rebuild there were once more claims that only world governance could avoid another disaster. In April 1945, the U.N. was founded. John D. Rockerfella donated land in New York where the formal building was set up.

Early on the agenda was the formation of continental super-states. Four years after the U.N.'s founding, the British set up the Council of Europe in May of 1949, using the Treaty of London supposedly only for trade which went on to be a model for NAFTA and GAT.

1954 saw a massive meeting of the world's elite in the Bilderburg Hotel in Holland. This "Bilderburg Group" would later come to admit that their mission was the formation of the E.U. This has been along side the proposition of a North American Union, and an Asian union. These were to the core of a world government with the U.N. as a regulatory and enforcement arm, especially over the sub regions which would make up the third world.

This group is made up of the heads of round-table groups, think tanks and a few governments. Of all the upper groups, these guys the upper of the upper groups, like a capstone on a pyramid. Until the mid 1980's the media denied this group's existence owing to it's low profile. It does however meet in North America every four rears and Ottowa was home to the 2006 meeting. Many journalists have been harrassed, detained and in a few instances, jailed. Jim Tucker, a veteran reporter has been following Bilderburg for more than thirty years and has gotten out to twenty of those meetings. (Never invited in.) Daniel Estulin also wrote "The Secrets of Club Bilderburg" and has also been hassled in customs and other places.

These people are now alledged to do more than set up the IDEAS of world government they have been accused of manipulating the start date of wars and setting policy for groups like OPEC. The people that usually attend are senior members of the Rothschild family, Richard Haas, Henry Kissinger, Franco Bernabe, Henry Kravis, Richard Holbrook, Jurgens Schrempp, Donald Grant, Indra Nooyi, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, Paul Wolfowitz.

And that's just 2006.

An interesting note is that the stuff have to approach from the left or right hand side depending on which is the dominant hand, and NEVER to look the members in the eye.

The issue of how less than two or three hundred people can rule the world is covered, and called systemic methodology. (Pretty much what I outlined prior in this thread.)

APEC, NAFTA and GAT are being used to spur America into the North American Union and for a bit of history, the idea was officially born in Waco Texas at Baylor University in March 23rd, 2005. This was sold to the press as the trilateral summit for trade and then the agenda was leaked to the shock of many Canadian newspapers, and the following freedom of information requests were all but blocked, most siting national security, until one agency capitulated and sent in a wealth of information showing an entire shadow governmental structure for the USA, Canada and Mexico. It covered:
- Transportation,
- Law enforcement,
- Agriculture regulation
- Banking,
- Manufacturing,
- Construction,
- Education,
- Immigration, and,
- Military.

All of this would merge the three nations without input from any of their elected representatives. The plan stressed that the plot be moved forward as an evolution by "stealth". They also sited that the public's concerns over climate change could be used to push a continent-wide carbon tax. There has also been open talk of using Canadian and Mexican troops to assist with disasters and "quell domestic unrest" as they have already trained with each other.

With thousands of non-US citizens already serving in the USA's armed forces, at the time of the film the Pentagon had moved to expand it's foreign recruitment. (And at the time of me writing this, I know that the US government is expanding funding for non-US resources and manpower.) He also sites big cites in the US recruiting non-citizens for the police force. This matches the pattern of dictators using foreign troops for domestic oppression.

After the information on the North American Union was leaked, a press conference was called to put a better spin on the whole affair in February 2007. By and large, the population hasn't bought that line... the ones that have heard of the American Union that is.

Additionally, not only are the societies starting to merge more and more, either informally or by law, yet the two regions are starting to become closer as a whole. April 27th, 2007 a Security and Prosperity Summit was held at The Whitehouse to announce the Trans-Atlantic Economic Integration Plan. This brought out an agreement on a single market between all parties present. This saw an aggressive push for regulatory convergence in roughly 35 areas, including:
- Financial services,
- Intellectual property,
- Military,
- Education,
- Mergers and acquisitions, and,
- Attempting to establish a global carbon tax.

The African Union arose out of the African economic community. It's financed by governments, corporations, and other bodies. The union's army serves as an enforcement arm, yet more often than not is being used to help exploit Africa.

In Asia APEC and ASAN have been inching toward an Asian union. If China gets into this, it'll have more than three billion people in the proposed regional super-state.

As these superstates merge they would bring about our first planetary government.

The 1995 Global Biodiversity assessment issued by the U.N. clearly showed that to protect Earth as a planet, we would have to revert to the feudal model of social structure. To do this a standardized North American Union ID card which is also know as Real ID.

Capitalizing on the displacement that has been caused on domestic populations moving around, the construction and acquisition of gigantic freight-oriented roads, railways and super-highways. The fight against this is taken up by men like Col. Athur Peterson (Retired) against what is called the Trans-Texas Corridor which is going to be 4000 miles long, going between Mexico and Canada. This turns public highways paid for with taxpayers money into toll roads, like the I-121. this is being headed up by organizations like Cintra-Zachary. (A Spanish and American partnership.)

At the start of the common era, Rome held dominion by way of roads that linked it's entire empire from end to end. The taxes charged by the Roman empire across it's 10,000 miles of roads were another way to project it's power and influence. There are fewer things that encourage the break down of boarders like easy transportation and bypass of control. Public infrastructure is being seized by government and turned over to private non-American corporations. (Who help fund election campaigns.) The control of the assets is then turned over to regional boards who are only quasi-governmental. There's no limit to the no. of tolls that can be collected and more than eighty state and national highways have been re-designated as international arteries.

The I-35 NAFTA Corridor starts deep inside Mexico and ends in central Canada. Container ships from Asia dump their goods on the Pacific side of Mexico, where it then goes, duty-free by rail to the New Kanasas in-land port, which is legally sovereign soil of Mexico. Despite the money on the already-paid-for roads in America being raised there, the documentation from companies and state and federal government show it's going to help build up Mexican infrastructure. It will also help fund the start of the North American Union. This is using American money to hobble Americans.

Gina Parker Ford, (Chairman for Judicial Reform, National Eagle Forum.) sites the supremacy of international Law on the matters concerning the superhighways, leading to North American business law, trumping US law.

In 2005 Cintra-Zachary signed a deal with the state of Texas that allowed them to toll roads that were already paid for. The Texas Department of Transportation tried to keep the deal kept secret even from state legislator. When this was revealed to the public there were calls for action and repercussions.

What did happen was that Macquarie, the company's Aussie subsiduary purchased one of the newspapers who's voiced critical news about the story. They then proceeded to purchase newspapers along the Trans-Texas Corridor that had also been critical. The total cost of buying almost fifty newspapers was nowhere near the projected toll profits. In fact Phase 1 is projected to raise some $200 Billion dollars.

This is a trend showing that the corporations can internationally corrupt people and government is used to harvest and transfer the wealth of what will be a dwindling middle class to the corporations. the end result will be a cultural and economic wasteland of easily manged slaves.

A poll on Lou Dobbs Tonight (Reflecting a few others) asked "Should foreign companies be allowed to control vital transportation infrastructure in this country?" The result was a 99% no. This discontent, as the news of the superhighway spread, went and sparked protests and a majority of Texan counties have voted to block construction of the superhighway and not agree to be part of the North American Union.

Radio Frequency Identification tracker chips are already embedded in the inspection stickers. These and toll tags can already be used to track the population. These can also be used to control population and urban growth by means of a system called "Smartgrowth". Ths is teamed up with a program to "re-wild" America, called the "Wildlands Project" in order to help control the rural population. This is why exit ramps on highways are walling off roads to small townsa and entire rural communities. It's been very effective in creating ghost towns. Under NAFTA more than 50% of the United States of America is supposed to be rewilded.

Dr. Michael Coffman found that the afore mentioned Project on Biodiversity was planning this during his research and wanted to effectively lock-down 90% of the USA's populace. This was not really, he found, for the good of the environment, it was really to slowly drive people out of rural areas. This fits the design of highways initially drawn up in the 1950's as a rapid deployment conduit for ground forces in the event that the USA needed to be defended. Northern Command is now using this system, like the Romans, as a force-projection matrix to dominate sectors of the population. Though Federal command centers, states and territories are having their command functions quietly placed under federal control.

Per city, billions of dollars are being spent to install million of surveillance cameras. This is going to apply to almost every town, including using license plate reading software that can track a person driving anywhere in the USA. Some of the newer systems can not only recognize your face, yet analyze your walk and demeanor. Under the Military Commissions Act, American citizens can be secretly arrested, stripped of citizenship, and executed in an off-shore detention center. Under section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act, all misdemeanors are considered terrorism. Federal police squads called Viper Teams regularly ask US citizens to line up and show them their identification, from Miami to New York, to Texas.

For the last twenty years teams of soldiers have shown up seemingly out of nowhere to search civilians and cars at impromptu checkpoints, in direct violation of a congressional law stating that troops may not be used for police work. this was most visible when regular army soldiers searched bags at the Superbowl and Kentucky Derby. That was followed by President G.W. Bush signing a Defense Authorization Act. This increased the already substantial funding of the shadow government. The act formally announced that it was done in preparation for domestic insurrection, while formally stripping the state's governors and legislators of their powers. Essentially this makes all states enemies of the federal government which makes IT the only official authority.

On May 9th, 2007, the President granted himself new powers. This turned the Presidency into a fiat dictatorship. In the past continuity of government has been shared between the legislative, judicial and executive branches, all that power now resides with the US President. This can be invoked for the smallest of reasons, and the act is quoted as saying "any incident in the world, regardless of location, that affects population, infrastructure, environment, economy or government functions can trigger, at the President's will, total martial law." Note that this doesn't have to be used by G.W. Bush, and could be used by any holder of the office of President of the United States of America.

Why have totalitarian rulers always said they have a divine right to rule? In truth, all they are is a bunch of psychopathic parasites, eventually collapsing the society that hosts them.Thousands of tyrannical governments have risen in history yet only a few have lasted more than a few generations.

Why is the world heaping so much praise on China? In an article David Rockerfella wrote for the New York Times he lauded Mao Se Tung's actions during the revolution. Communist China is the model for what the elite's new world order will look like. Remember the U.N. has heaped more awards on China than any other nation for it's form of governance. It's one child policy was adopted after the U.N. and a group calling itself Planned Parenthood lobbied it. There are heavy fines and imprisonment for a couple that has more than one child. Forced abortions and the cultural desire to have male children have taken the country into a crisis whereby there are thirty million more men than women.

The country's police and army ruthlessly crush any organized dissent. This includes underground churches, Falun Dafa, striking factory workers, and others, whom are sent to forced labor camps. Registration is kept of blood and tissue types for organ harvesting, so they can sell to the highest bidder world wide. If the bidder flys into China the prisoner is killed immediately and the organs extracted. If the organs have to be flown out, then a mobile execution van is used on the way to the airport.

The doctors in China euthanize the elderly and disabled, with their judgments erring on the side of death. This is part of a world-wide phasing-in of dehumanization.

Yet why do rulers kill the most people when nobody is resisting them? What mentality are we dealing with? Since Plato, in roughly 600 BCE, social engineers have always wanted to dominate people's lives in every aspect. This has included breeding programs to extermination of "undesirables". It's called Eugenics: The study of the agencies under social control, that improve or impair the racial qualities of future generations either physically or mentally. (According to Sir Francis Galton.)

A scientific rationale has always appealed to social elites due to it justifying the treatment of other people like animals. Robert Thomas Malthus, famous for saying there was nothing like a food collapse to wipe out the poor, inspired the term "Malthusian catastrophe." His admirers included Charles Darwin who used it to help him come up with the theory of evolution, the chief tenet being survival of the fittest. With T.H. Huxley, he pushed his theories into wide acceptance in scientific circles of thought. Francis Galton took that and applied social principals, giving the world social Darwinism. This social design theory saw them pledge that their families would only breed with each other.

Their prediction that within a few generations they would produce super men proved false. This pseudo science only codified in-breeding which was common practice among political elites in many parts of the world. The results of the pledge was that, within two generations, ninety percent of their children either died at birth or were seriously mentally or physically handicapped.

This new science was still enforced by rulers world wide on the general populace , fueled by a disdain for the underclasses in their societies. This is where Galton's development of biometrics came about. (Computers made it much faster a lot later.) This was done to track family historys and racial traits, with a bent toward who could breed. In 1904 the Cold Springs Eugenics Research Facility was started under Charles Davenport, with funding from Carnige, Rockerfella and Harriman.

In 1907 the first sterilization laws were passed in the USA. Citizens with mild deformities or low scores on their test card were forcibly sterilized after being arrested. (Propaganda included the pro-eugenics film Tomorrow's Children in 1934.) In 1910 th Eugenics Record Office was started and that paralleled the British creating the first network of social workers. This network doubled as spies and enforcers for the virtual cult that eugenics had developed and the social workers had roomers of murder at their heels.

In 1911, the Kaiser Wilhelm institute was set up by a grant from the Rockerfellas, and went on to become a cornerstone of the work of the Third Reich. The 1912 Eugenics convention in London sees it become a national craze. H.G. Wells was studying biology under followers of this discipline at the time. In fact his lover Margaret Sanger starts promoting eugenics in the USA, and in 1923 she receives a lot of funding from the Rockerfella family, where she went on to say that African-American community leaders would need to be recruited to help push sterilizations.

Adolph Hitler sent fan mail to Maddison Grant saying that "Passing of a great race" was his bible. It was what inspired him to exterminate the "sub races". It hit the mainstream by 1927. Churches were competing with each other to see who could best incorporate eugenics into their sermons. (There was a good deal of money to be won.) Jesus being for eugenics wasn't blasphemy then. That was the Supreme Court ruled in favor of brutal sterilization policies, as well as almost half the states legalizing sterilizations. This inspired the Nazi's to sterilize all who were deemed unfit to breed in a show of one-up-manship.

The Rockerfellas dispatched the three biggest eugenicists in the world to Germany where they helped fine tune the methods for racial purification. When the war ended the scientists who helped with eugenics were shielded from prosecution. The Nazi brand of eugenics had embarrassed the Rockerfellas and others yet not deterred them from the goal of getting rid of the under class.

The Allies argued and haggled over who'd get the scientists regardless of the atrocities they'd committed. Mengala was taken to America and his mentor still worked in Germany. There was retitling of literature as well. Eugenics Monthly became Social Science Monthly. The American Motherhood Leauge was re-named Planned Parenthood. Social Darwinism and racial hygene were replaced, and suddenly names like natural conservation and environmentalism were adopted. Crypto-eugenics was used by some to hide the fact that there were still strongly held eugenic beliefs, despite the fact that the science was unseemly in the public eye.

The military-industrial complex had thousands of German scientists evacuated to work in everything from bio warfare to rocket science. IBM's founder was a devout follower of Hitler's and had proveded the punch card system and the technicians to work them for the death camps. So the origins of computers lays with eugenics.

As environmentalism and natural conservation were popular with eugenicists, it was suggested that they be used as a foundation for world government. H.G. Well's scientific dictatorship had come into being, as Prince Bernhardt of the Netherlands created the World Wildlife Fund as well as helping found the Bilderburg group with Prince Philip of England.

Aldus Huxley claimed years later that he'd written his book Brave New World based not on fiction, yet what he'd seen in the works thanks to the people he'd listened to.

It's no secret that a string of medical tests on the population of the united states have been carried out and these have been uncovered by the congress of the united states between 1910 and the year 2000. The Tuskegee syphilis experiments went on till there was a whistle-blower, and the British government did chemical weapons exposure tests with nerve gas with many different areas of their armed forces. Some dying instantly, others not so lucky. America's federal government conducted radiation experiments on non-consenting patients. Men women and childred were injected with uranium and plutonium. The levels went from non-therapeutic to lethal.

The pregnant wives of GI's were given "vitamins" which were actually uranium and plutonium isotopes. The result was violent miscarriages, and the death of the mothers. Hundreds of atomic bomb tests used soldiers, sailors and marines as test subjects. Between 1951 and 1960 Sephardic children who immigrated to Israel were tested on in public schools, using X-ray radiation.Some four thousand children in foster care in the USA had allready been tested on with radiation and many died from those tests. More than 110,000 of the darker skinned jews were given more than 35,000 times the maximum dose of X-rays, straight to the head. Most of the children died within months, all losing their hair. The ones that live on today endure paiful health problems.

Nuclear, biolocal and chemical tests on citizens continues today. From 1940 to 1979 the majority of the population of Briton was prayed with chemicals and biological agents without any notification. In 1968 the Pentagon tested a bioweapon on New York subways. The sterilizations have still been endorsed and continued till 1980. Currently the USA and UK are testing pesticides and highly-toxic experimental drugs on foster children, despite them being healthy. Many die as a result. Prisons force inmates to take part in experiments ranging from testing pesticides to having dioxen tablets sown into their backs.

The established ruling class, informal and otherwise, have always acted like they were a separate race. There we come to the admission that eugenics was not to improve humanity as a whole, yet to create perfect, dull-witted servants. It's a well-published fact that Mercury added to injections can cause a "chemical lobeotomy" resulting in a servial, zombie-like population.

"Diet, injections, and injections will combine from a very early age to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable. And any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible." Bertrand Russell - The Impact of Science on Society.

Since it's inception, eugenics practicioners have said that mind-alterning drugs would be used to control the population. By 2007 more than 20% of the US population are on some form of perscription anti-depressant. Foster children, 2/3rds are on a cocktail including seven psychotropic drugs. Chairman of the Texan Society of Psychiatric Phisicians Joe Birket testified before the State House Select Comittee on their hearing on psychotropic drugs used on foster children. The revalation that 2/3rds of them were on these drugs because they were "very, very sick from a bad gene pool." Thus it follows that "pre-crime" policys are being implimented across the western world, including pre-screening of fetuses, using family history. From Portland, Oregon, to London England, children, at birth are being enrolled into databases and taken along to probation hearings at the age of two years.

In December 1974, the US government made third world population reduction a central issue of national security. This was called National Security Study Memorandum 200. It was almost exactly the British Comission on Population from 1944. Basicly both stated that these populous nations threatened their monopoly on world power. Kissenger's plan called for massive population reduction in thirteen key nations. His recomendations included that the IMF give grants only on condition that those nations undertake population reduction, including sterilization, and that food be used as a weapon, as well as starting wars. In 1972, Nixon started a eugenics policy, directed by George Herbert Walker Bush, US ambassador to the U.N., where he advised China on the formulation of it's one-child policy, and directed the forcible sterilization on Native American women on reservations.

The Club of Rome recomended that environmentalism was the best fron for population reduction, believing that the west would accept population reduction as long as it's saving the earth. This would block support for Africa, Asia and Latin America. The club also recomended the creation of artificial scarsity with "peak oil", as well as looking at a global carbon tax.

In the 1970's race-specific bioweapons were developed for people of Asian and African descent in South Africa and then sold the tech to Israil. Dick Cheny described these as "politically useful tools". When people argue that reducing the population would hurt the global economy, you must remember these have all the money that they need, they're after power, that's their aphrodesiac.

The push is now on for a global one-child policy. The Chineese policy was gradually phased in and ramped up. First it was a tax penalty, then it was ramped up to jail time. The same first phases are being proposed in the USA, UK and EU. Ted Turner pledged over $1 billion to the U.N. in 1998 to be spent on population reduction, world wide. In 1999 $2.2 Billion was given to Planned Parenthood, the Unitedd Nations Population Fund and other groups by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. The Gates foundation had given more than $30 Billion by 2007 almost totally to groups focusing on population control. This was outshone by Warren Buffet when he threw $37 Billion at these groups.

Environmental organizations like The Nature Conservancy of Colorado, and The Sierra Club are the biggest private landowners on the planet. These organizations lobby governments to take property away from the people, and often develop it later on. These groups have remained conspicously quiet on the US millitary dumping nerve gass off the East coast of the USA or trans-species hybrid animals being created and releasaed into the wild. There was a year-long build-up to Live Earth, and that pushed the agenda of reducing the number of children to reduce humanity's "carbon footprint". The day of the concerts saw many nations pass increased taxation on various forms of energy. While that was done, it's ignored that the main engine to heating the Earth is the sun, that warms the entire solar system.

This New World Order is no longer using a plan for a millitary-backed dictatorship as it's now a psycological construct that best governs society. They controll society as we would control the conditions of a fishtank. Some one hundred years of social studies have left people enough knowledge to be able to steer a person's unconscience desires without them realizing it. Genetics, nanotechnology and robotics have taken over where eugenics left off, and people who pioneered the former were students of the later. The founder of Sun Microsystems went public in 2000 warning that at best there would be total enslavement of all humanity by the year 2030 thanks to the technocratic elite, and at worst most of the planet's population would be exterminated.

Most of the techno-elite are part of a movement called trans-humanist or post-humanist. This movement is focused publicly on beneficial aspects of technology, anti-aging, sight/hearing restoration. Unknown to most, Julian Huxley, a eugenisist, founded the movement. It also may, according to Ray Kurzwell, allow people to live forever. (Provided they can afford the technology.) This puts the seizure of wealth and technology in a new light, as Kurzweil admits that only the wealthiest can afford the best upgrades for a virtual fountain of youth. In fact it's been projected that jobs will not be available unless one accepts technological "enhancements".

"The elite who occupy the commanding heights of digital reality are suicidal nihilists. Suicidal nihilists know that there is no longer any substantive purpose to their willing, but they would always prefer to go on willing than not to act at all. They can very happily ally themselves with a notion of nuclear holocaust or perfect exterminism." Arthur Kroker.

In the face of tyrany, the past should be reflected on. Soverign nations stood against Hitler's "Final Solution", yet if a global government is enacted, then noone of substantive measure would be left to offer such resistance. In the documents of the think tanks no method was off the table including extermination at FEMA camps, allready built, and paid for with staff trained. Bioweapons plauges have been developed, each worse than the last, the police state has been expanded to help enforce the extermination of the populace, yet it's done in the name of fighting invisible terrorists. The survivors would be living in tiny, enclosed cities while the elite enjoys the lands of the earth as super humans by way of technology, in this new, two-tiered social structure. Earth would be a place of slaves anf gods, the latter seeing the universe as they can live forever.

When Nick Perry, Govenor of Texas, attended Bilderburg in Istanbul, 2007, (The year with the most media coverage so far as of the date of the documentary.) Jim Tucker's opinion was that this was mirroring what happened to Bill Clinton before he became president of the USA when he attended the 1991 meeting. This, however is a violation of the Logan Act as they found out and paid a fine therefor.
