A pale light illuminated the sky and flashed off the reflective scales of a dragoness passing silently across the landscape. She was searching, for in this strange land where she had been mistakenly cast into, there was no familiar place to call home. The spell had plunked her into the Dream, with no memories of her previous life. She did not know who she was, or where she was going, but she was searching. The wide plains had turned to loftly mountains, dotted here and there with glaciers in the valleys between the peaks, and it was at these that she stooped lower, examining the rocks around them for possible caverns large enough for her length.
Aching wings forced her to land upon a particularly high spire to rest, and as she looked around, a glistening patch of light caught her eye. Ignoring the fire that shot through her exhausted body, she lept from her perch and winged towards the beckoning light. As she drew closer, the surface of a body of water came into focus, surrounded by high peaks, and an island in the exact center. The water gave back the faint glow of the moonlight and her shadow showed up black against it when she flew across the expanse. A deeper darkness than the sky captured her attention and she stooped low to see what she was seeking. She was still alone however, and approached with caution as she did not know if this particular cavern was occupied or not. There was ancient sign of being inhabited by dragons in the past, but no sound of breathing, or warmth emanating from inside roused any sense of warning.
"This looks as if it has been abandoned for some time...I wonder who lived here...", her train of thought broke off as a flash of light drew her attention to the cold stone floor. "A platinum scale...I wonder what happened to the dragon this belonged to..." There was no trace of habitation, and as tired as she was, she didn't care, but curled up in the entrance and slept.

Blaring light pierced through her eyelids, causing SilverMoon to squint even though her eyes were closed. The intensity brought her up from deep slumber like a bubble out of deep water. Cracking her eyes open a bit, she grimaced at the brightness of it, and yawned deeply. The sun glinted off the points of her serrated, backwards pointing teeth, and danced across the metallic plates running down her underside.
Aches bombarded her body as she tried to rise, causing her to grimace in pain as her abused muscles had gone stiff over night. Stretching deeply relieved some of the pain, but not in her wings, the muscles in her chest were sore from her long flight the day before and her body required food and rest. Once she had hunted, she could turn her attention to looking around this region. Still walking stiffly, she nosed into every nook of the ledge she had slept on, and found no signs of recent occupation. The area had a familiar feel to it however, but she could not place where it was from.
The ledge explored, she climbed up a well worn pathway to the summit of the island and gazed wide-eyed at the scene stretched out infront of her. White capped peaks with barren sides stretched for miles on every side, the dips and valleys having tree cover. Alpine meadows dotted the landscape here and there, giving way to the rich forest that came right up to the water's edge of the lake. A small herd of deer had come to the edge to drink, and the sight of them set of the dragoness's appetite. Ignoring the searing in her wing muscles, she dropped off the ledge and skimmed across the surface. The buck didn't see her coming and with a quick snap, she dispatched him and went after one of the others. Three far bucks later, and a full stomach, found SilverMoon stretched out on a rocky pier sunning herself and thinking about her past. She remembered nothing before the time when she entered the Dream, except fragments that seemed more like dreams than memories. Bright sunlight glinted off silvery scales as the bright orb passed through the sky on it's arched path, giving way eventually to the soft light of the moon just past full.

Breath smeared off in steam in the cold air of the mountainious region. Each breath was swift, almost forced. At every sandle-step was a long echoed clasp of wood against rock. With these paces was the breif clank of a sheathed sword against side.
Amethyst travels, was travelling, had travelled for days on end. Her last touch with the outside world was eaten alive in a mass swarm of bountyhunters and mercinaries. They had driven her to these near ends of The Dream's landscape, up into this mountain range. What wounds had been delt were by now bandaged - a few self-cauterized - and moderately healing. Though the minor injuries were but more scars to the collection already embedded upon the human. What rations she had were already devoured two days before, whihc left Amethyst hungry. What air was taken into her lungs was thin... The oxygen at this height made her tire out much faster than back on flat land. And this did nothing to help her fasting stomach and tightened sash.
Right now there was nothing chasing the baikokudo dressed in dark green, chilled by the air of the surroundings. No monsters trying to eat her whole, no hunters trying to capture her for some useless coin, no pests in her way that try to save the day. Noone... Silence consumed the area.
Stepping over a long ridge, Ame finally got a good look at the entire area without trees in the way. It was beautiful, mists blanketing half the trees and carressing through valleys of red and brown rock. Unique spires, ridges. And a very long way Amethyst would have to travel before finding a town.. "Damn" she cursed under lip... Taking a step along the ridge, slipping on smooth stone, and falling with a Rah of surprise. Tumbling down past the ridge.
An hour later, Ame awoke to find herself in the dirt, tangled about trees. There was a trolloping sound, which caused the woman to press her ear against the ground. Something was coming towards her.
It was only a matter of time before the woman got up quickly to avoid being trampled on by running deer. She glanced to see where they came from. And knew if some animal caught one, then it was a quick easy steal for her. Hand on sword hilt, she went in the direction the deer avoided.
This is what brings the ex-samurai out to the open. Eyes could not even take in all that was the dragon - whom lay a few yards away. Her scales glowed a slight blue tint, though this could not distact Ame's eyes from the blood-caked mouth and claws of the best. It was HUGE. And not something ame ws going to fight against for deer, now. She took a few steps back, stepped onto a bush - which made a commotion when she then wrestled with it and swore off a pronounced, "Bloody [censored]!" Before freezing and slapping hand on mouth - still stuck in the bush.

An ear twitched from where the dragoness's head lay pillowed on the still warm rock. A strange smell came to her carried by the slight breeze off the shoreline causing her raise her head slightly to see over her shoulder. The sudden noise from Ame stepping backwards piqued her interest and she rose to a half sitting position. Which to her was nothing, being that her head now rose close to 60ft into the air, the rest of her body gathered into a heap that still rested mostly on the ground. She also brought one massive paw up and wiped some of the now dried blood from her muzzle.
"Relax human, I will not harm you as long as you do not make to harm me"
Deep brown eyes ringed with amber peered intently down at Ame as she pulled her wings back into a raised position to protect the delicate phalanges and the flight membrane.

Many people are driven by powerful inner needs. The needs can be divided into many broad categories, which in turn can be divided into many many more narrow categories.
One inner need that drives some people is the need to search. What is searched for varies greatly from person to person. For some, it's a search for treasure. Such people are obsessed with the desire to find objects of immense value that will bring them wealth and status. For others, it's a search for knowledge. A quest to rediscover things long forgotten drives these people to search for ancient ruins and relics that will allow them to once again shed the light of truth on a past that has so long been hidden in the darkness of time. Then there are still many more things that people are driven to search for.
For a certain anthro ermine, the search that drives her ever onward is the search for fragrances. To discover the deepest secrets of the power of scents, Vanilla Ermfield must constantly search for plants she has never smelled before. Each new fragrant plant she discovers puts her closer to her dream of being a great fragrance mage and using her knowledge of aromas to bring joy to many people.
That is what has brought her to this area. Though the cold environment makes it a bit tricky to search for fragrances, the ermine is determined. Anywhere there is trees and plants, there is the possibility of discovering new ones she hasn't smelled before. Dressed warmly and carrying a metal travelling case, the brown-furred being travels through the area.
Vanilla has always loved surprises, but she isn't at all prepared for the one that awaits her! Her eyes go wide and she gasps in shock when she reaches the top of a hill and sees the huge silver dragon! Yet, her surprise increases even more when she notices that another, much smaller creature nearby has just crashed into some bushes.
Though feeling a bit scared, Vanilla just has to investigate this scene further. She slowly and carefully makes her way toward the dragon and the smaller being while constantly staying alert.

Ame Grit her teeth and unsheathed her sword brisky with a gasp of air that didn't nearly assist her lungs as much as a regular breath over 300 feet down the mountain side would have when the massive silver dragon lifted it's head in a brilliant and quick display. Watching the beast sit up nearly threw Ame so far into Dragon fear that she might as well have passed out again. However, when Silvermoon spoke, the female human found her bareings just slightly. Still gripping onto the unsheathed, slightly curved tachi, she took a while before giving a stubborn rebutal, "I've heard that line before by hunters and assholes..." Her voice had a strange british feel to it, mingled with her apparent japanese accent (with r's are partially rolled, l's and d's are said oddly, etc) "Who's to say I shouldn't be cautious about words from a god-deviated monster like you as well?" Slight gesture "Did those deer try to harm you?" She was just making up excuses now, of course. Ame knew full well that deer is a good source of protein, else she wouldn't have come over this way in the first place.
It was clear that no matter what Silver said, Amethyst was going to have a hard time getting to the full exent of the word, 'relax'. She was terrified and no matter how strong Ame tried to sound, it was far too apparent.

Her eyes narrowed slightly at the mention of "God deviated monster". Her expression remained nuetral still, not agressive and she spoke in a soft (well to her soft) voice.
"I, human am no more a monster than much smaller beings I have met in my past. I can't change what I am, and if that means I am a monster to you, so be it."
She cleaned the rest of the blood off her muzzle and talons, the gleaming scales now free from the dark stains. Silver gathered her feet under her, sitting up to her full hieght, stretched her wings fully. One could see the old healed marks and scars criss-crossing the membranes, with some slight tearing near the trailing edges. The black banding on the tips of the fingers glowed translucently from the light passing through, before the dragoness furled them again and turned her attention back to the scared humanoid at her feet.
"As for the deer madam, I was hungry, and that is the way of things. And I certainly wouldn't eat you even if I was, I don't knowingly eat anything that can talk back. I have a fourth cached in the crotch of yonder tree, as you look as if you haven't eaten in some time. And those wounds look nasty as well, some of them need a healer."
She scratched her neck with one paw awaiting the woman's response.

Vanilla is quite surprised by the scene in front of her. Yet, she is also very relieved. Phew, looks like that human woman isn't in danger after all! That's good to know! If she was then I would have tried to rescue her, but I dread the thought of having to rescue anybody from a creature like that! She shudders.
She stops where she is to consider something. I don't think either of them has spotted me. Should I approach and announce my presence, or should I keep moving on?

(this is Ame post 666, Woo! Evil!)
After Silver's first response to the monster comment, Ame just gave a meager and otherwise pissed "Feh.." Slowly, carefully, removing herself from the bush and checking herself out for any more injury from that fall of foliage than previous to her falling into concussion two posts previous.
Her attention was caught off guard, sword readied, when Silvermoon stretched... However, the woman slowly lowered it when seeing the scars decorating SilverMoon's side. Clearly, this creature wasn't as invincible as Ame first imagined. It made her think a bit on another more offensive response to give to it, though nothing came out since Ame was still a bit on edge and paranoid about being attacked or eaten by her serpantine aquaintance.
Next, almost on que comes the dragon's second list of spoken words. She listened in cautiously, glancing behind Silver towards the said direction of the fourth deer corpse. Being pretty glad for a funny reason that she's illiterate and not mute. And furrowing brows.
Before Ame was able to go into paranoia about passing Silver to get to the meat, she was hit hard by a glare. "Worry about your own wounds, monster. Mine will be fine." Alright, a minor ignorant lie there, Ame's pretty bad at bandaging and cleaning her own wounds. But that doesn't matter. She started angrilly walking past Silver; wether or not she reaches the deer is up to you. On her way was muttered, "Did you eat something that bit back or are there dumbassed hunters after you for some reason.."

SilverMoon raised a browridge at the attitude from the woman. "Like I said before, I will not harm you, unless you attack me first. I am going to bathe in the lake for now, you may either take the deer, or leave it, it is up to you entirely. And I am not wounded, those scars are from another day and another time, even though I dont remember how my wings got so marked up. Your wounds on the other hand, look recent, and without proper care you could suffer from more than what you have."
The dragoness rose to her feet, the entire 190ft length of her strongly muscled body dwarfing the young woman infront of her. Keeping one eye on the human to see where she was, Silver stepped into the freezing water of the alpine lake and sighed in pleasure. Wading out further, she completely immersed herself in the waters and began rolling on the sandy bottom to scrub herself clean. Upon breaking the surface, she caught scent of a mixture of aromas, some pleasent, some not so pleasent to her draconic senses. Sniffing warily, she looked back towards Ame.

The ermine has been considering the scene in front of her, and has come to a decision. Although I love meeting new people, they both seem to be in a foul mood. Maybe this isn't the best time to be meeting them. She turns around and begins walking back in the direction she just came from, though she frequently glances back at the dragon and human just in case. She's a bit disappointed that this didn't turn out to be a chance to meet some new people, but she's sure that she will feel better once she gets back to searching for new fragrances.

When Ame got to the deer, she looked a little sad at it.. The attack from the dragon was pretty brutal to the animal. Not that Ame should really give a damn, she's seen life and death before. And this was a free meal. Bending down, the woman sheathed sword and retrieved a small knife from her pocket. Using it to cut off some meat.
However before she could get any free, Silver made the comment on her current health before going into the water. To this, Ame just stabbed the deer carcass with the knife, stood up, turned around, and roared, "I said I'm alright, dammit. Don't bother wasting your time over wondering about my future when you have your own to worry about.." It was growled, even though silver was dipping under water to clean herself and such.
To this Ame just Grrred, turned back, and cut some deer meat... After this she went about getting some dry wood together, and - removing flint from another pocket - started a small fire to cook the meat in..
The smell of Vanilla's perfume-dosed fur and ambiance did not catch Ame's nostrils. Though the ermine was right now walking away. and upwind to them. This, of course, was only due to the low amount of oxygen and cold air.

The scent had drifted away by the time SilverMoon finished with her bath, replaced instead by the familiar smell of woodsmoke and cooking meat. Having been around humans before, SilverMoon went back to her rock and shook violently, sending spray in all directions. However the water did not land near Ame, and she sat on her haunches and looked herself over carefully from one end to the other. The bath and the sand scouring had cleaned the travel dust and dirt from her gleaming body, and it showed. Where the light reflected before it shone much brighter, almost to the point of blinding anyone who saw her in the full light of day.
"I see you have found the meat human, however I would like to call you something other than that, as it gets a bit degrading after a while. You do have a name do you not? Fill your stomach, and the water here is fresh and clean."
She stretched again and grimaced from the achiness in her chest and back, the muscles that had been strained the previous day still not healed enough to really use. She opted for stretching back out on the rock and sunning herself a bit in the fading light coming from over the ridge.
She stared out over the water with a longing in her expression. Some day long before she had sat in this same spot in another time, and place. But she did not realize it, and could not remember it. Or did she choose to not remember it? Idly fingering the platinum band encircling one of her toes, she pondered what it ment. It was plain to see that it was made of dragon-scale, but who's scale? Sighing deeply, she rested her great head on her forepaws awaiting Ame's reply.

OOC: My apologies for entering the thread only to duck back out so quickly. This really does look like a fun and interesting thread, and I would have enjoyed being part of it, but I've realized that it would be unwise of me to join another thread right now since I'm having trouble keeping up with the ones I'm already in. Again, I am sorry I didn't realize this sooner.

Ame closed her eyes as hte dragon shook off the water, but.. gladly.. a few trees prevented that from ruining her small meat cooking fire. With an additional stick, Amethyst poked idley at the deer flesh, turning it over after a while to let hte other side cook better, if not toughen up. The smoke from the small fire drifted up a ways, but ultimately was dusted off by the cold winds above.
For a moment, the woman wondered if she should tell her name to the silver creature. Hard to admit, but even now from all the travels through The Dream, Ame was paranoid of having just about anything know her by her name and instantly attack to take her in or kill her in some revenge.
But this dragon, in the middle of nowhere, wasn't at all like the hunters who chased her previous to this mountain range. So.. in a deep cold breath, "Amethyst... It's my name..." Pause.. Wince... "but don't attack me..." added in quickly afterwards.
She slowly glanced up from her fire. Almost flinching at the now clean silver scales that slowly began to gleam off the raising sun which ran like silk across the ridge of this specific mountain.
ooc - it's alright, Vani.. You can join later tomorrow or the day afterwards. =D

"Why would I attack you? You have done nothing to me, even though your demeanor was less than appealing. And I prefer my given name of SilverMoon to "monster", she looked at her with one large eye.
The lightening sky to the east set her thinking about the previous day. So much had happened.
"I hope you do not keep a reason to fear me, size isn't everything you know. Neither is race, nor species. I have found that beings who have the capability of speach tend to fear that which they do not understand. I hope you will let me tend your wounds, I do have some healing capabilties that might benefit you."
She gestured to the crescent moon with the blue stone set into it that hung around her neck on a heavy chain. "Your name is the purple stone, why is that you wear green?"

Yet another pause from the woman who is most known for talking out of place and badmouthing for no reason.. "Silvermoon..... Fitting.." but wait.. Was that a compliment? Well, one cannot be too sure. Ame met Silver at night, where the moon shines. And she is silver. So her reaction is self-explanitory.
Even then.. Ame paused and wondered if SilverMoon insulted her just now. But shrugged it off. Eating the now warm and unbacterialized meat was now her choice of the moment.
Of course, it was the meat that she nearly choked on then when Silver brought up the plain truth. Amethyst was purple, and nothing on her was that color. She, for the moment, blew aside Silver's urge to heal the human. Furrowing brows..
Soon afterwards... "Amethyst sounds far more strong and fiercum than.. Jade... Alright?"
This is when the healing thing came back to her mind.. While taking another piece of meat, chewing, and swallowing. A blind followed.. "You're too big to heal me. One of your claws is almost as big as me. I don't want you try anything then accidentally impale me or something.." The fear was gone, the distrust certainly wasn't.

"I see, names are an important part of an indivuals identity. Either the name becomes the being, or the being becomes the name."
She watched with interest at Ame tore into the venison, and nodded slowly.
She chuckled slightly at Ame's comment about her claws, true, they were almost as long as she was tall. She held up one massive paw and looked at them for a moment.
"Aye, I could harm you if I wished to do so. But I don't want to harm you. And like I said, size is not everything. I can heal your injuries, and not many beings would come near me without knowing me. You have courage, I'll give you that, and you didn't try to kill me on sight as so many have done. I admit, I am lonely. My life has been that of solitude since I arrived here, I have no real companions. If you wish to leave here after you have eaten, I will not stop you."
She held out the paw that she had been looking at, and the palm now glowed a brightish blue. (The blue light is the aura surrounding her being activated)

She continued to eat her meat til there was nothing left of what small portune she removed off the carcass while Silver talked. Of course listening. And while the dragoness looked at her paw of claws while speaking, Ame simply stayed quiet. Glancing at the fire as it slowly began to die out, glaring at her now blood-soaked hands from fooling with cutting up the deer. Her voice was quiet, deep, low, but not unaudible.
"Why would I attack you? ... I thought it was going to be the other way around and I didn't want you to attack me." Because of the wounds would be added.. but she didn't want to look weak infront of anyone or admit she had recent wounds at all. Placing hands to ground, Amethyst compiled some clumps of dirt and began to cover up the fire. Patting it down to make sure it was fully out. "I can't go anywhere when I'm done eating... Right now, anyway. I go back down the mountains and they'll come after me again. The towns hate me so I can't go into a crowd to hide or anything... So I'm gunna stay here for a small time until the coast is clear.."
This is when Amethyst noticed the paw of blue magic. Hopefully this was the healing, though the woman just braced, tensed, and waiting for whatever Silver was planning to happen. Hopeing to Buddha that it wont hurt her or anything.

"So you are hunted as well. That is not an easy way to live, if you would call it living at all. I deal with that whenever I come near a humanoid settlement. They rush out with their weapons, thinking that I am going to destroy their community. A bounty is a difficult burden to bear, but I have no need of money."
She saw Ame tense up, and took that as a sign that the woman wished to be healed. The small ball of light in her palm writhed and twisted with the intense energy she had put into it. Lowering herself to Ame's level as best she could, she peered intently at the woman, using the empathetic senses she had been born with to search the extent of the injuries. (Ame would feel as if she was being dissected visually)
She placed her paw infront of Ame's chest, and closed her eyes, at the same time the ball of light in her palm flared up and enveloped the woman.
If the healing worked on Ame, she would feel warm at first, and then experience an intense burning sensation as the natural healing process of her body was sped up to an exceptionally high level. The wounds would close and become scars in a matter of minutes. Once the wounds closed, the burning would dissapate, therefore deeper cuts would take longer than shallow. Internal injuries would ache for a day or so, but the damage would be repaired.
When the light faded out, Silver opened her eyes once again and examined her handiwork.
"So how do you feel now?"
|
|
|
|
|
|
Amethyst, well, a prepared amethyst stood there adn closed her eyes tightly as the massive pads of the dragon came close. She could feel the warmth from Silver's paw, even though it didn't touch her. The blue light from a rejuvinating magic came over the woman then. Warm, but soothingly cool. Her healing sped up for a fast moment, closing the wounds into scars, fixing one or two as of yet unknown internal injuries slowly afterwards Ame had previously and didn't at all know about. Was good all around.
When the light faded, leaving the woman alone towards her own devious slow-healing self, she kept her eyes closed tight. And took a moment with furrowed brows before silver answered, 'I feel a little sick..." was started before the woman placed out a hand to grasp onto teh first thing it touched (tree or silver, didn't matter) and lowered herself closer to the ground.
It was almost a faintious seasickness.. Her head swam and the fast mending flesh and sped white blood cells felt so odd to her brain that it afterwards sent messages to her stomach to feel queezy as well. Leaving the woman into a post-migranal state. Wanting her head to stay as low to the ground as possible.
However, the effects were only temporary. And it wasn't long before Ame put in a shrewed comment, "Maybe the townspeople are afraid of being eaten"
--------------------
|
|
|
|
|
|
She stepped back a bit as Ame went down to the ground. The slight nausea was completely normal and she smiled in approval at the shrewd remark. Ame would feel achy for a bit, and then strangely rejuvenated, as she would have taken on a bit of SilverMoon's energies from the healing. Draconic life forces age slowly, and even at 1,495years of age, SilverMoon was in her prime for her particular race of dragon.
"Perhaps, and it wouldn't surprise me. You thought much the same thing when we first met. For now though, enough talking, you should rest for today. I will not force you to leave here, as I just arrived myself not too long ago. I do want to explore the area a bit more, I didn't do much yesterday because it hurt to move. I will bring back food as well."
She stepped backwards into the water to give herself enough space and spread her wings to their full extent, bringing them nearly straight over her back. With a crouch and a powerful spring, coupled with swift wingbeats the dragoness was airborn and circling low above the water, gaining altitude with each passing moment, she passed out of sight briefly to reappear further up the beach and was cruising at a comfortable speed.
--------------------
|
|
|
|
|
|
The wind from Silvermoon's downbeat to gather that grand ability of flight (well, this Does explain to Ame how something as big as Silver got here, since it was hard to notice the wings with all the silverscales and being close up) caused Ame to grasp onto a tree next to her as much as possible so she doesn't get fully nocked down.
For a moment it was silent, til Silver came overhead one more time to either get a view of the area or do her own thing. During this time, Amethyst slowly stood, went to the lake with some unbalanced paces, and went about removing her outter two robes (putting them aside on the beach, now only wearing sleeveless summer robe). With this, she loosens the last robe enough to remove the bandages of her more recent wounds (which is amung alot of bandaging and wrapping, btw) to see with amazement on how successful the faster healing that happened to her was.
After this, the samurai-type woman removed some of her older bandaging (which, as said, was a heapload), though leaving on the larger latest wounds just to be cautious. Dipping the bloody items in the water and trying her best to wash off at least Some of the blood. That was the bitch of bleeding and getting hurt, the fact that blood stains were hard to get out. And even then, she had the headache bugging her on the side.
|
|
|
|
|
|
A short glance downward during her overpass where Ame had been standing shortly before told SilverMoon that her companion had headed down towards the lake. The movement strained her still sore muscles until she got into the rhythym of beat, glide, and beat to regain her altitude as she circled lazily around the area to get her bearings. They were a long way from any human habitations, which to her and Ame was a good thing. Taking note of the countryside she noted possible sleeping sports for herself besides the spire in the middle of the lake. She found no signs of draconic habitation that was recent, although a large midden of old bones and such indicated where a once great beast had taken most of its meals. If there had been one dragon in the area, odds are that there would be enough here to support her for as long as she chose to stay.
Eventually she began to tire and veered back in a long, slow arch towards the beach where she had left Ame. Along the way she happened upon another small group of deer and with a pounce and a snap, she was aloft again with a doe dangling from her jaws. The only marks upon the body were the teethmarks in the animals neck from her quick capture. The beach soon came into sight, and she backwinged, membranes stretched wide to brake, and landed in the water not far from shore. Stepping forwards she laid the carcass on the sandy shore and stuck her head under water to wash the blood off.
"This should last you for some time"
|
|
|
|
|
|
When the dragon came back, Amethyst instinctively tightened her sleeveless robe with haste. Before loosening the material, tucking it into a better position and tightening the pants of hte gi over it. Thereafter the woman slowly placed on her middle lighter green robe, tieing the long black sash around that. The outermost robe? That was simply held in hand when she began to stand.
Then the inevitable happened whilst the large dragon, gleaming in almost blinding streaks of silver against the foligiation and rock of the area. Ame fell over again.
Of course, there was an obvious reason for it, and she did catch herself before breaking anything or getting hurt again. Hand running through long bangs and caressing forehead, a few curses growled out undertoned.
Silver put the deer down, stating it a gift and how it should last the human a long time. To which Amethyst glanced through fingers towards it with a muttered, "Arigato..... But... I'm only human, dragon.. Er.. ano.. Silver... It could go bad before I'm able to finish it. And I can only carry so much deer jerky with me at one time..." Not only was she telling the blunt truth, but the samurai woman also appeared to be trying hard towards being nice. Which is hard, since she's stubborn and supposed to look tough and mean to everyone she goes by.
