*Jester sighs, and rather obviously flicks his hair back in annoyance*
"I don't exactly have all day, you realize...."

Fuzzball perks her ears up and looks over at Jester. She reconised him from her tent. A grin comes to her muzzle as she prances over to him. She makes a wide wave, she thinks he needs chearing up. I mean, he is the most grumpy one here! She reaches into her baggy pants and comes back with two ininflated baloons. She puts one to her lips, nothing happens. She pouts, holding the baloons in her hand, the mouth in her palm. The baloons quickly inflate in her hands, makeing her smile again. They're two black and white striped balloons, she ties them off. She starts twisting them in a flurry of motion, comeing back with a striped balloon hat. She motions for jester to lean down to her with a finger.

*Both of Jester's ears perked as he raised an eyebrow. Definetely strange behavior....but he found the little bats antics actually amusing him. He shrugged then, and leaned forward to humor the creepy little clown*

Shadow Fox turned and looked at Fuzzball as she pulled out a balloon and began to blow into it. It was the look on the squirrel's face that nearly sent her into laughter.
'This is good. He's not sure what to do and she's cute as a button. He's not bad himself if he'd get rid of that scowl.' she thought as she leaned back against the case behind her. 'Come on ya over grown rug, grin.' Shadow thought as she watched Fuzzball.

Soon as Jester leans over to her, the happy, little, dead clown pops the stripity balloon hat onto his head, not that gently though, but not viciously. Jester has now, a stripy, almost pirate hat, his ear perked between the inflated rubber. She steps back, hands out, nodding in a chearful aproval. She turns and holds up her hands, more of the uninflated baloons hanging between her fingers. She motions to the others that are waiting, putting on a show untill they might be called for their tattoos and peircings. She is planing on a needle herself, but not near her balloons!

*Jester looks up, and prods at the balloon with a fuzzy fingertip. He then glances towards Shadow Fox with a scowl. Stray thoughts were bad to have around a telepath*
"Well, the hat is certainly most....quaint. Thank you, I suppose."

(OOC: Been thinking of entering this for a while, since I saw it start up again... finally got the guts to do it. Well, in a metaphorical sense...)
Chad studies the door leading into Ichabod's piercing and tattoo parlor, feeling rather nervous. He'd never been too fond of tattoos and piercings in the past, but... well, with certain changes, he'd started to feel a little more... experimental. Mustering his courage, he opens the door and steps in... and nearly loses it all, seeing the crowd.
Eep... so many people... he thinks, looking about. He'd never felt comfortable in crowds, always feeling like an outsider. Different. At least in the Dream it wasn't so much of a problem, but... He looks about quickly, hoping for at least someone he recognized among the mass. And in the end, he notices Fuzzball, of all people, as well as Jester Scythe.
I guess it makes sense those two might be here... he thinks, thinking back to the encounter at the creepy circus. Still, at least Fuzzball seemed to be in a good mood. He walks over to her, waving in greetings.
"Hi there..." he says, and notices her balloons, as well as the hat on Jester's head. "Balloon animals?"

Shadow Fox held in the snicker as Fuzzball put the pirate hat on the tall squirrel. When she stepped back and her little bow then turned to those in the shop, waiting for to put on another performance was when Shadow caught the look from the tall fuzz ball.
'Oh ho, oh mighty Capt'n.' she thought as she brought a finger up to her brow and saluted Jester. Shadow quirked her brow just enough as she lowered her lids to look under them when the door opened to allow another in.
'What do we have here, eh?' she thought as she watch what seemed to be someone a bit shy or hesitant to enter.
After hearing the greeting, Shadow gave a short wave of her hand before turning to look at some of the designs on the wall again. She had ideas of her own for some tattooes and wanted to discuss them before having them put on.

Chou claps her performance quietly. He's not here for a piercing, he just wants the resident expert to look at his scars and tell him how they were made. It's not like he can get a good look himself.
He sees Chad, but isn't sure whether to say hi or not.

The fennec resumes his seat, gratified at the chaos surrounding him (much like the bazaar he once lived above), but resigned to the wait. He goes back to flipping through catalogues.

Fuzzball grined at Chad as he comes over to her and the balloons. she nods her head gleefully. She holds baloons in one hand, pointing to them with another as she ofers to him. She closes her fists, two balloons inflateing in her hand. She ties them off, twisting them together quickly. SHe offers out her hand, a poodle dog. But it's..differant, the balloon dog wags it's tail quickly for Chad, moveing it's "head" to look at him.

Chad watches as Fuzzball creates the balloon poodle... and then laughs in surprise as it comes to life. He takes it gently, petting it with his hands and generating soft squeaks along its body. "Thank you!" he tells her, cuddling the balloon animal.
Glancing around, he notices at least one other familiar face, whom he hadn't spotted before. With a now-quite-happy smile, he waves to Chou.

The rumble of a motorcycle draws near and it stops outside, the low thumping of the motor instantly tells you (if your familier with the bike) that it's a big engined Harley Davidson. The motor sound dies and the sound of a kickstand being lowered is heard, then the sound of heavy boots come thumping toward the entrance.
A tall black furred Rat with a furry ending tail like Gal'ish's stops in the doorway, his red eyes scan the interior and customers. He's wearing black leather pants, a black leather vest and black leather boots covered in buckles. His paws clench and the sound of knuckles cracking is heard as his gaze rests on the owner.
He speaks then and his voice is deep, ancient and grates on your eardrums like fingernails on a chaulk board. " You must be Ichabod DeLocke. You look like a capable enough demon...I wish to get the whole package deal. Pain is no object," he grates pointedly.

*Roland glanced over at the newest arrival, and groaned. This HAD to be one of Ishtar's brood. Just how often does that woman reproduce, anyways?*

Some ten minuets after the rat, the door again opens rather loudly. Morogoth saunters in, shirtless, in black leather pants and heavy black boots. He glances around at the...colorful crowd.
"Huh... Seems like a busy day for Ichabod DeLock."
He finds a convenient wall to lean against and wait for the hellkitten to get finished with the walking corpse.

Shadow Fox turned away from one of the catalogs and looked at the newest arrivals. She blinked once before twitching her nose as if to dismiss the first as one who was putting on airs and the second she looked at before going back to the catalog.
She just wasn't interested in those who came in with gusto and he had to wait in line like the rest of'em.

Chou sashays over to Chad and sprawls next to him quite languidly.
"How are you Chad? So wonderful to see you again. Never did end up having that appointment with you at my place. Would you like to experiment here instead?"

Morogoth glances around again at the company in the room. There is hardly a place to sit anymore, but plenty of wall to stand against. He notices Shadow Fox give him the once over, and walks over to her.
Morogoth looks over her shoulder, and wonders if he has any room left for a tattoo. He shrugs, and turns his attention to the display of piercing jewlrey and begins to examine the various pieces.

Zal'ish crouches down in a untaken corner and sneers as Shadow Fox looks his way. He then pulls a wicked looking knife from his right boot and humms while slicing open his forearm in long langid cuts. The wounds heal within 20 seconds and he continues to repeat the pattern over and over. His red eyes gaze over and his tongue slips out to dangle, clearly pain is enjoyed by this being.

Tamar walks past the tattoo parlor on her way to a coffee shop a few streets over. It's not actually on her way.. but she walks this way every chance she gets. It's worth the extra walk to get a good look at the Hellkitten through the open door. Even if the cat's busy, he usually has a room full of pretty customers to look at.
She slows down for her usual peek indoors and stops dead. There's quite a crowd, even for the Hellkitten's studio. She barely has time to think that this is a strange place to see Morathi when her eyes land on Jester... and his 'hat'. The wraith bursts out laughing. She just can't help it.

Morogoth looks up when Ichabod speaks. He looks around for answering responses, then decides to wait for someone else to undergo the pain this delicious creature would be able to dish out. His jaw drops when he gets full view of Ichabod, the sheer power of his sensuality hits Morogoth like a brick. Morogoth simply stands and stares.
