Vedas's Dojo & Abode

((The dojo was destroyed before. Vedas has now rebuilt it, as good as new!))
As avatars pass by a huge Japanese-style dojo, they may notice a large plaque on a low brick wall.

Perhaps an avatar decides to approach the dojo.
There is a long yellow dirt path that eventually becomes peppered with cirular tiles. Then, one would come to a little red wooden bridge that crosses over a pond with lillies and golden fish. At the end of the bridge is a large red doorway.
Through the doorway, one can easily see Vedas crossing back and forth on the dojo floor, which is made of square gray tiles. Every other tile has a unique design on it. They obviously have magical properties.
"HAI!"
Vedas strikes the air, the flows smoothly into a flurry of moves that strike imaginary opponents about him, oblivious to anyone entering

C'mot wandering has brought him to many places, though very few times does it bring him back to a place. Vedas' dojo, a place he has long since been, and because of his wandering through, he just "had" to be there again.
He entered the large dojo, and glaced around, noticing differences from the last time he was here, and letting his eyes fall to Vedas, he stepped furthur inside the dojo, and raised his hand, and his voice.
"Yo!"

Kalista pads softly towards the building, fur ragged, and hair withough it's usual shine. There are streaks of dirt on her face, ears and legs. Her clothes are somewhat tattered, and her hair a mess. Sitting on the red tip of her tail (which is usually white, but again, dirt) is a rainbow colourd dragon with butterfly wings. This little dragon is about the size of a large rat or small rabbit, and it is still clean and shiney. He is nuzzling at Kalista's ear affectionately, nibbling from time to time.
"A building," Kalista murmered to Rowan. "Perhaps somewhere to rest..." She quickened her pace, and the dragon fluttered a little to stay where he was and not fall off.
The scenery suddenly seemed to go blurry, and Kalista couldn't quite see where she was going, or who was in front of her. **THUD** C'mot would most likely end up face down in the dirt as Kalista slams into his back. Kalista stood up, and tried to appologise. The words wouldn't come out. Instead, she gave a sighing sort of sound, and returned to the ground in a faint. Despite her state, she is still the beautiful anthro tyger-lynx she normally is.

OOC> we are inside the dojo, so it would not be dirt.
IC> C'mot felt the pressure of someone pushing on him from behind, caught unexpectedly, and combined with the weight of the person caused him to pitch forward his raised hand, imediatly when down to shoulder height as he fell, it hit the ground first, and he used it as a fulcrum to roll forward, onto his shoulders down his back, and then to his feet, then barely coming out of the ball into a crouch, he pivoted with his left foot, his hand still raised, to see behind him.

Vedas pauses mid-kata, and nods to C'mot:
"Hullo!"
...and pauses again to notice the second newcomer...although he does not nod. After he finishes his kata, he turns and walks over to C'mot and the prone Kalista.
"What have we here, eh?" he remarks, kneeling to inspect the fainted lynx.

There isn't any injuries that anyone can see, just a few battle scars. Her skin is very pale under her fur though, like someone who has traveled a long way with nothing to eat or drink.
Kalista gave a bigger breath, and her eyes opened a little. "Am I desterbing anyone?" She breathed.

C'mot notices that there appears to be no immediate threat and stands to approach the prone anthro.
"are you disturbing anyone? thats one of the wierdest greetings ive ever heard in my life......" he glances over at Vedas.
"what up?"

|
Vedas nods again to C'mot, and looks at Kalista again.
"Bothering anyone, you say?"
He shakes his head, and makes a hand motion, after which a gong rings distantly within the bowels of the dojo.
"You look like you should be concerned with yourself!"
With that he turns to C'mot, still kneeling.
"Can you help me move her?" he says, motioning to a bench over to the side of the dojo.
Another of Vedas's walking training dummies appears out of a nearby door, quickly places a bottle of water on the bench, and disappears again.

C'mot nodded to Vedas, and moved closer to the too of them,
"yeah no prob," with an effort he helps lift the slight anthro girl,
"Heh, not bad for your first day open ey?"

|
|
|
Hiyami stopped in front of the dojo, carrying a small gym bag over her shoulder. "As much as I refuse to admit it....I need real training," she quietly told herself, looking embarassed by being here. "I've survived on speed alone, with no major skill besides the novice style katas I know for my fans. Sooner or later, that's not going to be enough." With a sigh, the child walked toward the dojo. She stopped at the door way and quickly called out, "Anybody home?"

With C'mot's help, Vedas lifts Kalista onto a bench. He sighs.
"Yeah...my guests usually don't faint as soon as they walk in," he says, grinning wryly.
At that moment, Hiyami walks in.
"Oh, hullo!" he says. "Remember you from that excursion with Jester that other time. How are you?"

"I-I'm okay," she responded nervously to Vedas, with a curt nod. "How are you doing?" It's blatantly obvious that she's rather embarassed to be here, as she toes the ground and is having a little problem looking Vedas (and C'mot, if he's near) in the eye. It's almost like she's gone totally shy. Sorta bizzare of you've dealt with her before.

Kalista's eyes flutter and open. She seemed somewhat confused about why she was no longer on the floor, and how she got onto the bench. She tried to sit up, winced, and lay back down. She wasves a little at the new comer.

C'mot nodded at Vedas' comment,
"ja huh, i would have to agree witcha there."
His eyes widened slightly as the new girl entered the place too.
"Wow, and you're popular too!" He looks down as Kalista begins to wake, his eyes narrowing in concern,
"hey you okay there? you kinda like just fainted away on us there...."

Vedas grins at Hiyami, and waves her in.
"Come on, come in! I apologize, we have a very weak person on our hands. Make yourself at home while I help this young lady here..."
Picking up the bottle of water, he pulls out the stopper and props Kalista up so she is leaning against the wall.
"Here--can you hold it yourself?"
If Kalista doesn't even have that much strength, Vedas will help.

Hiyami almsot shyly nodded as she removed her shoes and set them to the side before entering. Quietly walking up to the trio, she asked, "What's wrong with her? Maybe I can help..."
