Accessories: Chopper (motorcycle runs on liquid cornmeal byproduct; exhaust smells like rotten food), Tool Strip with tools (always clean), techno-trunk on rear of bike with numerous handy robot arm extension gadgets (saw blade, parachute, rope/grapnel, oil spray, claws, net, others tbd). His helmet can channel a frequencey set to his top secret cell master, CellMaster7. Frequency cannot be traced due to semi-magical encryption properties.

Special Effects: His protectors, Debbie Devil Twins have unspecified magical abilities, but most are illusion/mind based as opposed to physical attacks. They usually harass and tease more than cause real harm.

Powers/Abilities: Very strong, but not superhero level. He could push down a wooden fence but couldn't punch through a brick wall. Could maybe tip a small car over but couldn't lift it above his head. Was college All-State wrestling champ but went into business school for MBA instead of pursuing athletic career (all before his "conversion" of course). Also Chopper is a good sneaker and climber and such.

Has limited mystical abilitites in relation to his bike. He can give it a throrough tune-up at supehuman speed when he goes into an altered state through mediatation. When riding the bike, he can sometimes go "in the zone" and is able to travel at exceptionally high speeds and make dangerous jumps and evasive maneuvers. At these moments, he can almost "see" the entire 3-D geography of the land all around him which allows him to anticiapte what he needs to do. He can't stay in the zone for too long (maybe 5-10 minutes max).

Damage done to his bike can sometimes affect Chopper physically as well (especially when in his zone state).

Premise Chopper was once a corporate drone who now is a covert agent for a top secret radical organization (name unknown) and Chopper gets his missions from the mysterious CellMaster-7. How this all happened and how The Debbie Devil Twins became involved will all be revealed in time.
