Avatar Profile Yaba Baga
Other Names: Witch of the Woods, Bone Mother, Arch-Crone

Age: 852 years young
Gender: Female
Species/Race (human, furry type, robot, alien, etc.): Human crone
Height: 4' 10"
Weight: Not polite to ask (otherwise, 185 lbs...)
Build: Old and hunchbacked (imagine the Evil Witch from Snow White with a few more wrinkles and a sour disposition)
Hair Color(s): Scraggly grey hair
Eye Color(s): Black
Clothing (armor): Several layers of old, tattered clothes; sometimes wears a sheepskin coat
Occupation / Class: Witch
Familial Relations: Yaba Baga has two older sisters, Gaba Yaba and Baba Yaga. As the youngest sister, Yaba Baga feels very inferior when compared to her siblings and always looks for ways to make her name for herself.

House: Yaba Baga usually travels about in a bounding house mounted on two large rabbit legs. The house looks like an old wooden house with a straw roof and a small stone chimney out the top. While the house doesn't speak, it seems to have a personality and rather enjoys dancing to any music that happens to be playing (it really likes polkas).
Accessories (weapons, jewelry, tools, magic items, vehicles, etc.): Inside the house is a clutter of knicknacks and nearly anything can be found if one looks long enough. Some items of note are her large stewpot and wooden spoon that she uses to cook with, her bag of 'magic powders' that she carries around, and a small wooden whistle that she carries around her neck, tied to a string.
Pets: She keeps a few familiars around for company: Pig (Oscar), Owl (Wilber), Calico Cat (Chester), and 7 ft Python (Eva). These animals cannot speak or vocalize other than as normal animals. Being familiars, they can understand what Yaba Baga is saying to them and they will follow her orders, but they cannot communicate with others unless telepathic powers are used on them. Yaba Baga just pretends that they say what she wants them to.

Abilities/Skills & Power Level: Yaba Baga insists that she's a powerful witch, but usually she merely takes credit for any coincidental happenstance. She does have a few magical items however: her stewpot (which is large enough for her to sit in) can fly as long as she steers with her wooden spoon and can magically fill with a variety of stews and soups (her favorites are her chili and her famous Yankee Bean Soup), her house of course (which she claims has been in her family for generations). Her bag of powders is not really magical, it's just dust that she flings in the air when she attempts a spell (it does have a tendency to make people sneeze, however).
Weaknesses: Besides her deep-seated jealousy of her more renowned elder sisters, Yaba Baga is surprisingly fond of sweets. If you can persuade her to partake of them, she will quickly become addicted and selfishly eat all that she can.

Demeanor: Yaba Baga is generally a selfish old woman with a passionate distaste for little children. Several hundred years of bad habits can warp a person's mind. Occaisionally, she can be good-natured and does enjoy the odd visitor when she's feeling bored. For those lucky (or unlucky) visitors that she allows in her house, she attempts to make them feel at home (she makes awesome chocolate chip cookies) and asks them plenty of questions. If she is in a bad mood, however, she can be mean and spiteful, possibly trying to trick the person into her stewpot so she can eat them.
Brief History: Too complicated to discuss
[Actually, I imagine Yaba Baga as a kind of ethereal spirit who inhabits the Dreams and Nightmares of people, making any kind of history to be rather nonsensical. If you are interested in learing more about the literary Baba Yaga (the character this one is based off of), please check out these websites:

Yaba Baga: Demon or Goddess?
For instance, Yaba Baga has died several times through the course of the many fairy tales she's gone through. She only retains vague memories of her past lives, adding to her fractured memory and her 'psychosis'.

A brief and character revealing answer to the question, "What is your ambition?": I want to be nice and to have fun with all of my cute forest animal friends!! ...Bah, that's all nonsense. Power is the only thing that matters. Power to control the Napping Cat's Dream...
