Powers:'Spect's powers defy description. She can create or delete universes, alter the nature of reality on anything from a local to a universal scale, defy/rewrite laws of physics/magic, create or delete gods, etc...
Weaknesses:From a strictly confrontational standpoint, none. However her mindset is utterly alien beyond anything a being from our universe can fathom. Thus she is rarely if ever confrontational, and even when she is, she has often allowed herself to be seemingly defeated or even destroyed. Not that this stops her from popping up again.
In game terms it simply means that she chooses to abide by whatever restrictions are put on the game.
In chat she simply does not choose to affect those unwilling to be affected by her. This works both ways as she feels that she need not be affected by those effects she chooses to ignore. But as with other confrontations, she often chooses to allow attacks and other effects to affect her, although not always in the way that others intend.
Note for those with the ability to mimic powers: 'Spect's 'powers' are part of what she is. They define and are defined by her. To have those powers is to be 'Spect. Which doesn't leave much room for any other sense of identity. A person who mimicked her power would be her. Although she might remake said mimic as they were before the attempt to mimic her powers took place.
