Race: 1/4 Phoenix 3/4 Fox (He's actually a 4 tail Kitsune if you are the kind to be able to tell)

Eye Color: Royal Blue (whites are rarely visible)
Phoex Looks basically like a winged fox. Saved for the feathers that start at the back of his hair and run all the way to the tip of his tail in a fairly narrow line. Large wings that fade from red at the base to yellow at the tips. He has a normal fox tail without any feathers. Has a basically normal build, but is lighter than he looks.
Typical Dress: Jeans and a T-shirt with an animal motif of some sort. Lately he's been sporting a long white feather in his hair, given to him by Oralin, as well a blanket woven mostly from his own fur, also from Oralin.
Equipment: 7' Staff sparsely decorated with computer circuits, as well as having 2 feathers attached with Leather. Always carries a Leatherman around at all times.
Powers: Adept at working with fire and water magic, also has a basic understanding of Technomantic magic. Skilled at using a quarter staff, and the very basics of swordplay. Largely immune to fire and drowning as they are his natural elements, in a pinch he is able to change completely into a puddle of water or a large flame. In these forms he is subject to all the weaknesses of these elements, he must have fuel and oxygen as fire, can be collected in a jar as water. He keeps his immunities however and is able to travel at very high speeds through the element whose form he is in. He is able to ignite or melt any part of his body at will, the larger the area, the harder it is.
Illusions: Able to change his (natural) form to the one he always wears at will, can change his appearance with a little effort, but cannot make illusions aside from basic form changes.
Weaknesses: He is hiding his true form as a 4 tailed kitsune for an unknown reason and will only show it to other kitsune in privacy, or in times of great drain on his energy. Normal weapons will hurt him like any other person. Normal magical healing is only about 1/10 as effective as normal. Spiritual healing on the other hand is far more effective, about twice as potent. This is due mainly to the fact that he's actually a spirit manifested. High tech scanners get very confused when they attempt to scan him, picking up multiple overlapping forms. Simple cameras will not be confused, an MRI would pick up ghost images, beyond that the results are unintelligible. Regular medications will work normally, but anything with a modicum of intelligence will eventually get so confused as to be worthless, or even dangerous. He is very paranoid about anyone dealing with souls or trapping them, even as a joke he'll get afraid or angry and do his best to get away or destroy the object.
