Clothing: Woolen coat, T-shirt, leather pants, leather belt with magnetic buckle, combat boots, all in black. Has a gi and hakama (Kendo clothes) in his backpack.

Accessories: Survival gear, consisting of a firekit, food rations, a blanket, rope, survival knife with compass and sharpening steel (worn on belt, right) and a small box containing needles, thread, first aid kit and alike. Everything in his backpack except the knife.

Combat equipment: Katana (worn on belt, left, or strapped to the backpack) and light chainmail.
The katana was bought, standard issue. The chainmail was stolen the night afterwards from that very swordsmith's forge. It is a fine piece of craftsmanship, and has the magical ability of stopping high velocity impacts (from bullets, meteors and alike, but not darts, kicks and punches) and providing a little protection against kinetic attacks of magical nature. He will only wear it when heavy combat is to be expected.

Jewelry: He wears a copper amulet of some ancient love goddess on a leather cord around his neck, hidden under his clothes. It was given to him by a cat he mated a few years ago, and is his most prized possession.
When a soldier would dust off the gala uniform, he tries to clean his coat and polishes his set of silver claws which usually rests deep within the bowels of his crammed backpack.

Abilities/Skills: Vanvanarmo practices kendo. While faring better when wielding a bamboo sword, he is not to be underestimated with the katana. He deems himself a "nexialist", which is an euphemism for "Can do a lot, but nothing really well". He utilizes ritual magic as well as computers, picks locks and seduces women, is familiar with handguns and archery, manages to survive in the woodlands, knows a lot of mostly useless stuff and is quite a bright one indeed.

Special Effects: In times of great turmoil, when he is alone, enraged and/or frightened beyond measure, he MAY gain the powers of Faol Mor. That great spirit wolf is the protector of Vanvanarmo's family ever since. This ability is (and will be) unbeknownst to him, because the spirit will take over mind and body to protect his sibling from harm, rendering Vanvanarmo unconcious. This will only happen when noone is around to observe the shapeshift. Those nearby who will not live to tell the tale do not count...

When changing into the Faol Mor, Vanvanarmo grows to a sturdy 14 feet length non-anthro wolf, weighing estimated 4000 lbs. This is not a typo.
Long, thick, grey fur covers a mass of muscle and sinew. His eyes change to a piercing green, and his strength and constitution are off the mortal and to the upper end of the immortal scale.
Think of the Faol Mor as a completely different person. He is intelligent, telepathic and magic, although rigid thinking. He understands, but never speaks. Those he recognizes as enemies will be hunted down relentlessly. There is no other way to have him leave Vanvanarmo's body than to let him hunt down his prey, or convince him that there is no further danger present. Easy. Just talk very fast. Or arm that tac nuke. Which would kill Vanvanarmo as well.

While in corporeal form, the Faol Mor has to eat. A deer a day keeps the famine away. He also needs to rest, but only for one in 24 hours, and is able to keep going for a week before getting tired.

What is your ambition?: I search the worlds for my Way, striving to learn and find peace. But always I am running from my former mistakes.
