Height: Also varies, but usually only 2.5 inches tall
General Appearance: Being a shape-shifter, Kosui can (and occasionally will) look contrary to this discription. However, this is the description of the form he is in almost all of the time... He has the body of a violetish-blue seahorse and the face of a 16 year-old (yet VERY small) boy. The skin on his face is pale blue and he has a tuft of greenish-blue hair just above his forehead. His fins are deep blue-violet where they are attached to his body and become progressively greener as they radiate out (see picture for details)
Eyes: Blue
Clothing: Nooooo! I'm a nudist! Actually, I just don't need any...
Abilities/Skills/Special Effects/Whatnot: As an undine, Kosui can change his shape any time he wishes (although he finds his own form most attractive and comfortable) as well as become actual water (think of him as living water that can form itself into whatever it wants...but normally looks like a human-faced sea horse). He can also manipulate water (in all the forms water takes) in any way he wishes and has many healing abilities. Unfortunately, as an elemental, he is often forced to serve spell casters when he is summoned to do so...
