This avatar was initally created to replace Dork Lord once he was eliminated.
Originally named Baka Neko the name eventually became Baka Kitty.
However before Jeff could flush out Baka Kittys personality Dork Lord was reserected(The first avatar card).
After a while Jeff desided to introduce Baka Kitty anyway making her Jeffs second Avatar.
With Baka Kitty the "Neko Homeworld" legend would begin.

Modifications to Genom: Resilent. [Hard to injure quick to addapt..] and intelegence
Height: Between 5'4" and 4'5" depending on health.
Weight: Unknown.. Body mass changes often.
Less than 50 lb.
Build: By apperence she dosen't look strong but she is strong enough to lift a star ship. Her bone structure is stronger than normal just so that her own mussles don't snap them.
Fur: Orange, blond hair.
Eyes: Orange
Cloathing: Usually a dark gray or black spandex bodysute.
Accessories: Baka Kitty Kickers, Black Box [portable time space transport device]
Special Effects: Massive overwhelming psycic powers.
At range powers
The folowing powers work normally at range.
They use telepathy to work.
Psi shields: shields that protect against basicly anything.
Mind Babble: A one way telepathic attack.
The more complex the command the easyer it is to resist.
Mind Slave: Commits total control of the target.
This requires a two way telepathic link.
Shield blast: This is to break shields.
Jennifer usually uses this in combonation with a psy bolt to increate it's power.
Touch Powers
Thies powers work by touch.
They use magic rather than telepathy.
Mind flush: This causes a temporary loss of memory. There is no resistence.
Attack: Direct attack on person...
White energy: Generic [Could be anything]
Black: Smart bombs (Death attacks)
Red: Dumb bombs (Powerful death attacks)
Blue: Heal
Green: Grow (For plants)
Rainbow: Undefined energys
Clear: Stealth.. makes things or people transparent or invisable.
Usually used with a psy bolt to give range.
Parasite: Direct command of cells in the body.
Brain Babble: Like mind babble but done on the brain of the target instead of the mind.
This takes more energy and is harder for Jennifer to do.
Resistence is an effect of brain cemistry.
Beer, pot and LSD are 100% effective against this attack.
Nuro Babble: This commands the nervous system directly. Bypass brain.
Cybernetics are immune to this attack.
Levetate: To leave the ground.
Any resistence will break Jennifers hold.
Revert: Reverts an item or person to a preveous state. Like restoring a dying person to a state where they were not dying. Dose not work on the dead.
Tallents:
Tallents are tricks Jennifer uses.. Spells or specal skills. They are not a direct result of her psycic powers but a side effect.
Psy Bolts: Put energy into a psy bolt like a spell or a touch power.
When a psy bolt is created slowly it amplifies the power when created quickly (as Jennifer usually dose) the power is limited.
Jennifer uses this primarally to turn her touch powers into range attacks.
Fire bolt: Jennifer uses shock bolts to create a fire bolt. She has no direct command over fire.
Natral tallents:
This is stuff she just dose.. like breathing and eating.
Shock Bolt: Jennifer just sparks off exess electrical current off her claws.
Nither magic nore psycic ability but more a natral tallent...
Massive strength: She can throw, punch, kick etc very hard.
Weather magi: A fundimental power.
She can control weather with magic or psycic abilitys. Blocking both psycic and magic powers stops this from working.

Similer powers as Jennifer.. she has command of fire rather than command of electricity.

The Eaters: Dimentional prasites.
Psi Squil:
Jennifer Neko has no more than 32 squil at a given time. It takes two squil to replace a dead squil and it takes time.
Squil are psycic worms. They have insect mentality and react to Jennifers memorys and thoughts in defence of Jennifer.
She can not command them or in any way have direct control over them.
Indirectly she can present "threats" and they will react to them but thats the extent of it.
Psi squil have the same powers as psi bolts.
Current Location:
Jennifer Neko has returnned to Tillia a while back and has not been seen after that.
It has been speculated that she or her nemisis Tangy Glick (or both) died in an epic battle on Tillia however this has yet to be confermed.
