Collective Name: The Bats (the whole 2 million of us!)
Individual names: Kreee, Siiii and Kaiii have individual names, so far.
Age: 0 to 12 years old.
Gender: Both males and females, though Kreee, Siiii and Kaiii are all females.
Species/Race: Mexican Free-Tailed Bats
Height: Body: 3.5 inches long, Wingspan: 11.4-12.8 inches.
Weight: 0.38-0.49 oz. (Baby bats are about 1/4 adult size)
Build: Very tiny, mouse-like, apparently quite delicate. Rounded, mouse-like ears that are almost as large as our head.
Fur (hair, feather, scale, or skin) Color(s): varies from dark brown to gray.
Eye Color(s): Extremely dark brown - almost solid black. Very shiny eyes.
Clothing (armor): None normally for most of us. But Kreee, Siiii and Kaiii as individuals have protective spells on them making them fireproof, and affording a level of protection similar to a Human in full plate armor.
Occupation / Class: Pets / scouts
Accessories (weapons, jewelry, tools, magic items, vehicles, etc.): None directly, but Ceera can send spells through some of us!
Pets: We ARE pets. We belong to Ceera Darkwynde.
Abilities/Skills & Power Level:
- Can fly very fast (up to 60 miles per hour), with extremely high agility in the air.
- Can fly at altitudes of over 10,000 feet!
- Can relay all that we see and hear to Ceera Darkwynde.
- Can serve as 'carrier pigeons', carrying small message scrolls.
Special Effects (if any): On occasion appear out of a cloud of purple mist (if sent by Ceera).
Description of Personality: Friendly. Fanaticaly devoted to Ceera Darkwynde.
Brief History: Found in a small series of caverns by Ceera Darkwynde when she arrived in The Dream. When she used her pyromancy to enlarge the caves, and yet spared them, and then they found she could talk to them, the entire bat colony of over 2 million individuals decided Ceera was their Goddess of Creation. 'Kreee', a small female bat, is the 'queen' of the colony, and is seldom out of earshot from Ceera. Ceera has given one bat, Kyaaa, as a servant for a tiger girl named Aishiwara.
A brief and character revealing answer to the question, "What is your ambition?": To serve our Goddess, Ceera Darkwynde!
