Avatar Profile (Picture of Malowa)

Given Name: Malowa Yemanja Ténébreux

Also Known As: Goggess

Gender: female

Age: 32

Birthdate: February 20

Species/Race: Elfish or Heretic (Depending on the whim of her PG; which version I have him in will be indicated by some means in RP posts. The differences this poses will be detailed below.)

Kinsey Score: 2
_______________________________________

Character Details: Elfish Malowa

Image: B&W Lineart of Malowa

Height: 178 centimeters

Weight: 89 kilograms

Build: Voluptuous. She is also visibly well-muscled, but not to the point of having a ‘bodybuilder’ physique.

Skin colour: Medium negro skintone.

Hair colour: Extremely dark red; appears black in most light.

Eye Colour: Emerald green. (Green being a predominant elfish eye-colour)

Clothing / Armor: (Description pending)

Unique markings: (Illustrations pending) The palms of her hands are branded with circular knot designs.

Overall: Before her transformation, and while ‘disguised’, Malowa is a big woman with a stunning appearance. Being an elfish, her ears are roughly five inches in length, and poke upright through her hair, coming to delicately pointed tips.

Occupation / Class: Mambo (a voudon priestess). She is also an extensively trained witch, and has worked as an occult investigator in the past.

Pets: none at present.

Accessories: Two gold earrings in each ear. (More pending)

Abilities/Skills: Malowa is a rarely gifted Elfish woman, who possesses both magical aptitudes and superhuman strength. Following her specialty as a “witch”, she has learned to charm and enchant both objects and living things, and is a moderately skilled ESP-er. Combat hexes and more permanent forms of curse are also within her ability.

Although Malowa hasn’t pursued physical training as diligently as she has magic, she is decent with unarmed brawling and wrestling, and likes to exploit environmental features to her advantage when fighting. (IE. finding a high place to chuck her opponent from.)

Strengths: Like every Elfish, Malowa’s hearing is better than a human’s. She is quite erudite, and can use magic to heal herself to a certain extent. And as mentioned before, she has superhuman strength.

Weaknesses: Being shot, stabbed, crushed or poisoned will damage her just like it would a regular human. Although immortal, her body can be killed.

Character Details: Heretic Malowa (Goggess)

Image: Goggess

Length: 178 centimeters

Weight: 126 kilograms

Build: Voluptuous. Her chitinous armour plating gives her an almost musclebound look.

Skin colour: Teal and aquamarine with some dark blue accents. Her hair is a garish raspberry red.

Eye Colour: Algae green with rectangular pupils and pus-hued sclera.

Clothing / Armor: none, aside from her exoskeletal covering.

Unique markings: none aside from her naturally occurring body patterns.

Occupation / Class: Demon-slave of the old gods.

Pets: several summonlings. They all seem to be arthropodal, and of varying sizes. Most usually appear as small, innocuous-looking ghost crabs.

-The largest of her minions was a Birgus latro which had been warped to gigantic size through the use of demonic energy. He was fiercely devoted to her, and posessed a fairly intelligent mind, if one that was almost completely alien to human modes of cognition. Although he could speak, Birguroth's form rendered his aural patterns hopelessly garbled, so it was easier to communicate with him through telepathy. However, Birguroth was recently corrupted under as-yet indetermined circumstances, and had to be destroyed by Cassara, Ceratrol, and some other adventurers.

-Birguroth has been replaced by a Kiwa hirsuta crustacean, who is still undergoing supernatural changes caused by his new mistress. The most important of these changes is that he can now survive at sea-level and breathe air; unlike B. latro, Kiwa is not a cenobite and is not naturally adapted to living out of water. Additionally, he has developed the ability to render himself invisible, although given K. hirsuta's lack of eyes, his own concept of this would be rather abstract.

Accessories: Goggess carries no noteworthy pieces of equiptment on her body.

Abilities/Skills: Inhuman speed, strenth, and resiliance are the gifts provided by Malowa’s Heretic body. Despite her armour shell she is extremely flexible, and can adjust her posture for bipedal or quadrapedal gaits. She can survive as well underwater as on land, breathing through the gill-flaps hidden under the plating on her neck.

Malowa, although now a monster, still possesses the magic abilities she learned as a witch. As well, she can use the shadow element in her body to revert herself to the 2-dimensional form of a shadow; when she does this, she has the appearance of sinking into the floor or ground. She can travel in this form, but is unable to attack or communicate by any means until she returns to her natural state.

Living symbiotically in her body are large colonies of prokaryotes which produce a powerful neurotoxin- she is capable of voluntarily secreting this venom with her saliva. However, Malowa’s mouth is unsuited for biting as an attack, so she tends to tip her claws with this before a fight. She can also spit the nerve toxin with reasonable range and accuracy, along with a considerably less potent poison- her own blood, which has a consistency similar to India ink, and is capable of rendering someone temporarily blind if it comes in contact with their eyes.

After extensive practice, Malowa has gained the ability to hide her monstrous form under a powerful glamour, which gives her the look, feel, smell and sound, which her body used to possess. She cannot mask her demonic aura, though.

Strengths: In heretic form, Malowa has the elements "dark/evil" and "water" latent in her body. She is very resistant to dark magic attacks, moderately resistant to most other forms of magic attack, and can endure extreme cold and heat. Her flesh is extremely poisonous, and exudes a terrible smell when exposed raw to the air.

Due to her armour and, moreover, her supernatural nature, heretic Malowa can survive physical forces that would easily rend a normal human. Regular gunfire won’t pierce her shell, although HV and AP rounds are effective against her. Because her soul is anchored by a higher power, Malowa is effectively immortal- her body can be scattered to the four winds, but in time her soul will manifest a new vessel in the living earth.

Because of her unique physiology, poisons that affect the nervous system, including her own venom, have no effect on her.

Weaknesses: Although very resilient, her tough shell can wear down and break from repeated trauma, and when badly injured, her body will die. Because of the composition of her blood, which uses copper-based haemocyanin (as opposed to iron-based haemoglobulin), she can become exhausted very quickly if her breathing is compromised. Her metabolism will slow at lower temperatures (below than twenty degrees celcius/ seventy degrees farenheit).

Being a monster enchanted with the elements of "dark/evil" and "water" has its disadvantages. Malowa is devastated by "light/holy" and “lightning” magic. A "fatal" magic attack will kill her body, including those attacks that work to seperate the soul from the body.

Constant Character Attributes of Malowa

Affiliations: The only perple in the dream that Malowa knows are Ceratrol DeVries and Bric-brac Madley, whom she has worked with in the past.

Description of Personality: Cool, composed and confident in herself and her abilities, Malowa is not one given to showing any signs of weakness if she can possibly avoid it. (More description pending.)

Brief History: Raised as a foundling in a human community, Malowa was widely respected for her occult powers and knowledge; after studying as a witch and a hounsis, she took up a position as one of the village leaders, but devoted a lot of her time to magic research and experimentation.

The people of her community caught wind of a powerful mystic living in secret a few days’ travel from where they lived. Leery about having such creatures in the area, and hopeful that this ancient person would have artifacts that could bring luck and prosperity to their poor economy, the village council elected Malowa to pursue an investigation into killing this possible menace. Personally interested in gaining more magic power from this endeavor, she hired two mercenaries to help her- DeVries, a famous assassin, and Madley, a half-demonkin skilled in sorcery.

They were rewarded for the kill with a terrible curse: When unto them death comes, they will be revived as slave demons- Heretics- to the mystic's people, and bound to do their will without the possible respite of mortality.

She returned to the village with some treasures and occult knowledge, but was troubled by the mystic’s dying act, and from that point on was rarely seen by her fellow villagers- day in and day out, she desperately researched her affliction, trying to find some way to undo what had been done. Meanwhile, hard times fell on the area, and the people became even more destitute than before. Looking for an easy scapegoat to blame their problems on, they turned on the only elfish among them. Malowa was beaten and strangled to death by an angry mob, then her body was thrown into the bayou to be eaten by scavengers.

Whatever the villagers had hoped to accomplish by this act, things only got worse for them after this point. Attempts to destroy the last evidence of Malowa’s existence- her house- were thwarted by enchanted sentries. Then a season of bad weather hit the area, much colder than it had ever been before, and people huddled together in houses unprepared for these bitter conditions. But the worst was yet to come.

Exactly one year after the attack, Malowa returned to the village.

A brief and character revealing answer to the question, "What is your ambition?": "I want to know everything..."
