How does this sound as a fair fee structure for proposed post portrait pic prices?

$2 Plan
Allows you to post a single non-editable 100x100 image (21k or less, no animations) that you must provide. Only avatar portraits, original written messages/quotes etc. It can be a self-serving banner or a very mini-rant (it needn't be pretty), as long as you wrote it, created it or had it done for you. No 3rd Party images or quotations, even if they are in the Public Domain.

$5 Plan
Same as $2, except you get an EDITABLE 100x100 image that you must provide. So you could change the image that appears by all of your posts on a daily basis if you want.

$10 Plan
Gives you everything you get with $5, plus the ability to have your 100x100 image LINK to any URL you want. So you could update your image link every day to the interesting thread you are currently participating in, or some cool offsite link you want to share.

$20 Plan
Gives you everything you get with $10, plus it actually commissions a NEW head and shoulders portrait of your avatar (one form only for multiple-form avatars) by a Psychedelic Artist (you DON'T get to decide which artist).

The management has no objection to you commissioning a PArtist (or any artist) independently and using one of the less-expensive options. For this project, I am a middleman who has no objection to being bypassed.

Pom's reservation
As I've stated elsewhere, I too agree that aesthetically, the Dream might be preferable without spinal post pics appearing. However, I do not want to discount potential revenue sources for the site that have apparently been proven effective on other forums. And once you have at least one avatar allowed a post portrait, it becomes a new creative element of the Dream that must be managed properly. If you really don't think it's a good idea, don't buy one. But please don't "not purchase" a post portrait in some kind of solidarity gesture for my sake. Basically, I'd rather do a good job with a project that I might have reservations about than do a poor job at it just to be bull-headed.
