Through the portal...
Sovan does indeed see Starchaser through the portal. Dressed in his usual brown leather loincloth, and little else, the Sauk appears to be on a tropical island. He is standing on a wooden deck with a bamboo railing, with the top of a palm tree swaying just past the edge of the deck, and in the distance can be seen a tropical lagoon, surrounded by bamboo walled , thatch roofed bungalos.
There are two feathers tucked into Starchaser's left hair braid now. One is clearly Rhiann's, by the color of the feather and shaft. The other is white, with an almost metallic sheen, and matches another feather that Rhiann wears in her own hair. A third feather, from Inali, smaller in size, hangs from a cord at Starchaser's neck, along with a golden coin and a black crystal.
The Sauk looks up from his work, where he seems to be fastening a cord around the handrail, lashing the bamboo railing to the post.
Hello Sovan! I hope the day finds you well, my Brother. What can I do for...
About that point, his gaze falls on Rhiann, and his Godvoice falls silent for a moment.
... Er... for you, and for... Rhiann? My! I had been told of a change, but... You look lovely, my dear! Are you well, also?
